Welcome to Ten Thousand Waves - 77 Lower Greenway

One of the finest homes Carlton Landing has to offer, Ten Thousand Waves is a fabulously decorated home that is located steps away from Tower Court Pool! The first floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, mudroom, powder bath, and a luxurious primary king suite with a private bathroom. Highlights of this home include a screened porch and propane grill.

The second floor of the house features a beautiful bunkroom. A queen suite with a shared bathroom. A king suite with a private bathroom that offers access to the screened-in balcony where you will enjoy views of Carlton Landing. Ten Thousand Waves comfortably sleeps 10 guests!


You will be a short walk away from all the fun amenities in town: The Meeting House, Mama Tigs Pizza, Swim Beach and much more!

Ten Thousand Waves has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Beautiful place. Had everything we needed (could have provided a few additional towel) in the home. Love the porches and all of the kind people we encountered. Great getaway!Living room has sectional sofa that was so comfy (different than the pictures listed).

super cute area & very nice home

Loved our stay with my sisters for our trip together. Renting a golf cart was the best. Wish there were more shopping & dining options but we loved the relaxed environment. House is amazing and the beautiful Arrowhead golf course/ driving range and pro shop is only a few minutes away.

Nice house - needs to be stocked better

The house is situated in a lovely spot in Carlton Landing. It’s approx a 5-10 min walk to the lake, 5 min to the basketball courts and 2 min from the closest pool and bocce ball. The beds were clean and AC worked perfectly. The one thing that was frustrating was the limited amount of day to day items such as TP, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, trash bags and towels. I find it mind boggling to not include enough extras for the stay considering the cost of the rental. We had to go to town and buy enough to get us through the trip.

Loved our stay!

The house was still being cleaned at 4:00 check in time. It was a rush job and not cleaned well. The home was adorable and had everything anyone would need for a stay. It has obviously been rented out often to people that have been really hard on interiors. Lots of rough wear and tear! Dirty walls & carpet. I made me sad for the home owners! Loved the trip coming back in August. Thanks Shara

We loved the bunkbeds for our kiddos, the open kitchen area, and the two screened in porches. We found ourselves enjoying time out there as adults in the evenings and mornings before the children woke up.The mud room was great to store our items when we came back from the pool or lake. Kitchen well stocked and the location was perfect!! all the kids loved playing in the green space in front of the home and in the fenced in backyard.. We walked everywhere we wanted to go & even took a short hike to the top of the hill to watch the sunset. loved the air streams for lunch, and the pizza place was amazing! very pleased with our first experience at Carllton Landing and hope to come back soon!!

Thankfully someone wasn't signed out of YoutubeTV so we were able to get it. The rest of everything was amazing!

Great Family Reunion Spot

Other than having some issues with understanding the pool and fitness center access (it’s now a fob for one and a code for the other
which isn’t clear in the materials you receive and you need to click through multiple screens on the app to find it) and the refrigerator not cooling quickly upon arrival (just bring a bag of ice and you’re good) everything was perfect. Put the not-perfect things first because the great stuff is much longer! The management company was very responsive to every question. Awesome layout for multi-generational family stay. My parents stayed downstairs. Myself and my brother and his wife and the two kids stayed upstairs. Comfortable beds. Super clean. And we loved the porch swing beds! Highly recommend getting a golf cart if you have little ones and be sure to reserve before arriving. We all agreed we want to come back!
