Redbud Retreat Is located in beautiful Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula. This coastal inspired home provides the perfect combination of luxury and convenience.

Located across from Redbud Park and just steps away from Tower Court Pool, Bocce Ball Park, Firefly Park and Pistache Park, you’ll find yourself in the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in this charming 5 star resort town.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, and a third story loft that children of all ages will love, and a landing perfect for watching a movie or enjoying board games. The home features two screened in porches and a veranda complete with outdoor fireplace. Enjoy an evening by the fire pit while roasting s’mores and relaxing by the moonlight. The property is also equipped with a grill.

Master: first floor with a king bed and private bathroom

Second bedroom has a queen bed with jack & jill bathroom

Third bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed with jack & jill bathroom

The home has a complete stock of bed linens, guest towels, and a starter supply of basic necessities. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen for the perfect planned meal. There is covered parking on the property.

Guests will have full access to all onsite amenities: 3 luxury pools, hot tub, swim beach, pickle ball / tennis court, bocce ball court, ping pong tables and volley ball court.

Lake Getaway

Awesome place. Great set up outside. Small backyard with a fire pit table and grill. House has plenty of room downstairs. Kids had plenty of room upstairs and the second story balcony is pretty awesome for morning coffee. Book it.

Our stay at Redbud Retreat was great. The property was as nice as it was pictured. We took our whole family, 5 adults and two grandkids, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Rhonda was great to work with, she always replied when we contacted her. Our grandkids loved the second floor loft, it was their space. It was our first trip to Carlton’s Landing and we loved the small community feeling. If you go, definitely rent a golf cart. It’s the easiest way to cruise around Carlton’s Landing.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and had a wonderful kitchen. We loved the fire pit and lights in the backyard. The amenities in the resort area were wonderful! The views outstanding. We can’t wait to come in the summer months.

Peaceful stay

We stayed in this very comfortable and peaceful home as a half way stop to Fayetteville. It was the perfect spot to rest and enjoy a good nights rest. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is so well done. We will be back.

Family Weekend

Carlton Landing is a beautiful, family-friendly location! Renting a golf cart for your stay is well worth it (the golf cart rental place is conveniently located nearby). Driving around to explore and catch the sunsets is a delightful experience! There's also a good amount of parking for extra cars that don’t fit in the garage. The waterpark by the lake was great fun! The home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We recommend bringing a few extra trash bags. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups, and beach towels. The snack basket was a lovely extra touch! For those considering the bunk room for adults, note that the mattresses are not as comfortable for adults but are fine for little kids. We suggest stopping at the grocery store on the way into Carlton Landing since it’s a bit of a drive in and out of town, though it’s not too bad. The host was always very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful property!

This was an amazing property! The layout, the amenities, and the attention to little details like having beach towels, snacks, and even everything to make s’mores was part of what made this stay so welcoming! The porches were a huge bonus and we spent a lot of time out there. I would recommend this property to anyone! Rhonda was an awesome host and was quick to handle any of our questions that came up! 5-star property!

Seaside in Oklahoma?

Great family vacation house for the whole family. I especially loved all of the porches that were lovely spaces to read. The house has everything you need for the perfect stay. The community has a great feel and reminds us so much of Seaside, Florida. We will be back again. Thank you!

Family Fun

This is our second year at this house. It is a perfect size for 9 people. It is located near all pools and lake. We loved our goodie basket and bathroom basket. It has most utensils we need to cook all of our meals. It is clean and very functional. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Carlton Landing. The location was very convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed the back yard with the stringed lights and fire pit! The hostess even left us a basket full of snacks and a s’mores starter kit! We loved it!

Great July 4th

This property is perfectly located at Carlton Landing. We had an issue with the AC, but Rhonda reached out to us letting us know she had a HVAC tech heading our way before I even had a chance to call and let her know. The beds are comfy, porches are nice and the home was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect vacation home!

We loved our stay at Redbud Retreat! The home is fully stocked and perfectly clean. The owners were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We loved being close to the pool, little park area and bocce ball. We hope to return again soon!
