The Hayward had everything we needed. The rooms had fantastic air conditioning. The breakfast choices were varied and great. The staff was always helpful. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when we come back.

Great property and we will stay again. Staff was excellent. Only drawback is parking is tight. We came in later in the evening and is was hard to find a good spot that was not too narrow or close to our room.

Our room smelled like mildew and it is not properly advertised. Where you stay is separate from the check in building, so it is more motel like than hotel. Photos do not show this.

Would would recommend and would stay again

This room was good for you value with the exception of the tack strip that poked all of us . It was spacious and it had a very cute balcony. The beds were average for comfort shower had a great hot water. The pool stayed open late, which was one of the things that attracted us to this hotel. Some of the rooms are detached from the main hotel is there in separate buildings and they do have stairs without an elevator. If there’s anybody who has physical disabilities, the staff was absolutely amazing.

I'm here roughly once or twice a month for work, and it's one of my favorites! The bed & pillows are so incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness is always on point. And I feel safe walking my dog around the block. I do wish the balconies were swept more frequently though, as little dust/debris fluffs drift in when the doors are open. Otherwise, no notes!
