This hotwl has become our go to when in Eureka or surroubding towns. The staff is so nice, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are quiet, clean, and feel very private. The pool area is awesome, when swiming or sitting in the hottub, I never felt uncomfortable or as if i were too close to others. The housekeeping and breakfast staff is very nice and pay attention to detail. We will always stay here as long as it stays this way.

Very nice

The hotel was nice with nice amenities. The Keurig in the bathroom was gross though. We did not use the Keurig for fear of fecal matter particulate contamination. Suggest to not put coffee maker in bathroom.

THE BAD: 1- The parking here is horrible. There are limited spots available near your room and both entrances are on busy streets. 2- Bring a fan or turn on your sleep sounds on your phone because all you hear is traffic noise. 3- Located near downtown but took us awhile to find a liquor store nearby but if you want a dispensary, there are several in walking distance THE GOOD: 1- NO PETS ALLOWED! (except service animals) I appreciate this as I'm allergic to animal dander 2- The diner next door for all kinds of food 3- The pool areas are very nice for swimming, hot tubbing or just relaxing by the fire pit

The bed was perfect! I slept great. I stay here for work a couple times a year. I wish the bathrooms had better lighting, though, that’s my only complaint. Plenty of usb ports for charging and a workspace in the room. WiFi was included and a breakfast buffet! The pool area looks pretty cool although I didn’t get a chance to use it.

Didn’t even make it inside. Pictures online and the reviews are deceiving. Pulled up to the property, proceeded to watch a drug deal go down, and had 2 homeless people case our car. Said hell no, and drove to the next town to get a room. Wasted $220, but my safety is worth more!

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. My reason to put cleanliness at three stars is that the Coffee Maker and Ice Bucket are in the Bathroom, with the coffee pod just exposed to the bathroom elements. I was not a big fan of this choice.

Perfect place to stay in Eureka

The hotel was recently renovated and it was a pleasure to stay here as we wandered through the Redwoods. The staff was outstanding and the downtown area has wonderful restaurants to choose from.

The property itself was older but kept up well and the staff was very nice. There was a complimentary limo service to the restaurants from 5-10pm (they accepted tips as payment). The room was clean, nice tv, clean bathroom, keurig coffee maker in the room, and the bed was decent. The surrounding area was the issue. There was a dispensary directly behind our property and about a block away started the mini skid row. A lot of homeless actively doing drugs in plain sight. Walking around the old town area felt safe until you turned the wrong corner, and unfortunately that was the area that led to the hotel. There was one other route along the main road that was a little safer, but still not great for walking with kids or by yourself.
