Given the street view of the building, I was amazed how large the apartment was - it's HUGE! And just where I wanted to stay - within a few minutes walking distance from old town, the waterfront, Eureka Food Coop, lots. A nice and quiet neighborhood too!

The Victorian home is beautiful- with 5 units and a separate unit outside through the lovely garden grounds to the hot tub. We loved the place, it was just the right size and had everything we needed for four nights. The location is very walkable to downtown for eating and some great shopping. I love the town of Eureka and its local purveyors!! Feels good to support small businesses. Our host Amy was quick to reply when I had questions, the check in was easy - and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This little upstairs apartment was so cute and in the perfect location near downtown Eureka. It was very clean, and we felt safe during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own fan for the bedroom, as there isn’t a ceiling fan or a stand-alone fan provided. The host was friendly, and most of the messages we received through Vrbo were detailed and helpful, though they appeared to be automated. When I reached out with questions, I didn’t receive a reply until the morning of check-out, so a bit more timely, direct communication would have been appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to others visiting the area.

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Close to downtown. Easily accessible from both north and south bound. Only complaint would be the coffee pot. It’s only a small single person pot. Had to make multiple pots for two people.

The bed and couch were very comfortable. The location is on a street that is just starting gentrification, so there is mixed really nice houses with derelict structures / elderly population and daily homeless people walking by. Generally, there were a lot of homeless in Eureka everywhere. The location was good for getting to everything we needed and the open windows and breeze were great on the 2nd floor- I don’t think I would’ve been comfortable with that on the first floor. We had a tsunami warning while we were there- crazy! So after some research we found that the location is in a safe zone- so that’s good to know. No dishwasher and the shower didn’t drain very well. Some other tenants were loud in the backyard making a fire. There are 4-5 apartments in this one Victorian house. No problems with anyone other than the one night.

Very comfortable. Clean and tidy. Walls are a bit thin but it’s an old building. Could hear the people and kids downstairs but overall it was a nice experience.

VERY nice shirt-term rental!

So many great things about this home! Our unit was clean, kitchen stocked with staples, including fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder, very quiet, bed comfy, adorable yard! Plus, it’s only 5 minutes from old town and bay side. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the cutest Victorian apartment. The decor was lovely. Full kitchen and laundry. The bed was super soft. The only difficulty i had was very lare at night trying to get the key out of the lockbox. It would be easier if it were at eye level and it was difficult to get it open. I was tired after a 6 hour drive, i acknowledge. Otherwise lovely place. Thanks Amy.
