The rooms were nice but can tell the maids just do the bare minimum, the shelving is dirty dusty and the bathroom I noticed a small amount of mold by vent area the light fixture was rusty

More good than bad.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was plentiful and hot. My bed in room 230 was VERY firm though. Maybe it was the luck of the draw. I prefer a softer bed but some don't. The bathroom fan motor was siezed and just let out a hum. I meant to tell the desk but forgot. Everything else was top notch.

Great front desk service! As usual in my experience, Holiday Inn Express employees always deliver! The rooms are always spotless, and well-appointed , the beds comfortable, always a nice warm shower and a great breakfast after a good night’s rest. I like that they always have good recommendations for dinner- they’ve never steered us wrong .

Renner [I believe that was his name] was very helpful and engaging. The check in was easy. The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable and clean. Also a very convenient location to Costco for filling up the car with gasoline.
