Decent hotel with outdated decor. Ice machine broken on our floor and there is no microwave in the room. The safe was also not working.

Clean and had a good pool. Hot tub was broken, so that was disappointing. Restaurant was not good. Short staffed, cup of soup came out with meal, and I ordered a baked potato, but they didn’t tell me they were out until they delivered everyone’s food to the table. Good for a stay near Redwoods, just go to a different restaurant in town.

Place was very nice and clean, front receptionist

Sydney at the front desk was less than helpful when we were trying to find where to get a bottle of water. We were told to drive down the street to the minimart when there were bottles of water and vending machines available to us.

I loved staying here! I do not gamble but the restaurant was reasonable and delicious, the room quiet and clean, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. Family vacation started great with air bnb, ended one night with two rooms at this hotel. Staff was horrible, rooms were discussing and animals barking everywhere. My daughter was assaulted outside the front doors, and ignored. Once coming back from the casino to one of our two rooms, a grown man sitting naked after having a bowel movement was sitting in the hallway asking for help. Went to my room and called front desk to hear them giggle. I have never felt so unsafe and disrespected anywhere. On top off that, we were charged for a dog that never stayed with us? And was blamed for a late check out on one of the two rooms. Both family room were booked through me. So upsetting, and we love the ocean and have stayed at least 5 times a year. Do not go here!!!!!!!
