The sheets were dirty. The toilet seat was broken and they charged me a $50 early check in fee, while they gave my mom the early check in for free.

Hated the virtual check-in. Turned on the heat and it smelled like cat pee. Wrong size sheet on bed. Vent in bathroom was falling off the wall. Would NEVER stay there again!!!!!

Not great

We hated this hotel. The check in was odd. It had a kiosk with a zoom call to India. But beyond that it made me feel unsafe. When we tried to get into our room, which was tricky, there were some other guests screaming and barefoot. I realized that there was no one who we could complain to! It is just me and my son and we felt unsafe (which I realize is different from being unsafe). The hotel is on the freeway and it was noisy. Both the bed and towels had hairs on them. They shower was an overhead rain shower but on the outer edge of the curtain so it didn't spray well and got water all over the bathroom. While this wasntthe worst stay I have had, it wasn’t great and we got out as soon as we could.

Nicely updated. Great staff. But heater didnt work. And only sheet and super thin cover which typically goes on top of comforter was on both beds. Staff would have probablybrong some but we were beat tired to even call in the middle of the night after long day of hiking.

Quick overnight.

Just needed the room for a night. We checked in right before bedtime. The room was clean, comfortable. Got up showered and left. It's just what we needed. The pool was covered and seemingly not available for guest use. Didn't matter to us. But if anyone's thinking about going there and using the pool I would call ahead first.

Family reunion trip

Get ready for remote access. No human face to face contact. Had issue with the bathroom and they were able to give me a different room. Beds were comfortable.Had to stay an extra night and they gave us our extension with no problems.

No employees it the front desk. Keos with call center personnel who doesn't speak clear English is impersonal, inconvenient. This will be our last stay at this location. .

Flew in for our son’s graduation to realize all the prices increased. 550. for 2 days for a very SMALL room. Couldn’t fit through to get to the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the hangers, non foam mattresses.

Less than 5 minutes from CPH

Exactly what I paid for, a nice bed to sleep on and a hot shower at the end of the day. I came to help my daughter move out of her dorm and it was a perfect stay. Thanks M6!
