The landscaping is unkept tall weeds in back supposed to have a view, but the unkept rear yard is what we could see! The bath tub has stains in it that look like blood I paid full price and the jacuzzi and pool were closed! The advertisement says breakfast is available. But they do not tell you that it is NOt included (misleading people. Instead of just saying that there is a restaurant on site that you can my all your meals at) I feel cheated! I should get at least a partial refund because I paid for a jacuzzi and pool but was denied use of it.

Terrible dumpy hotel, we wanted a place with a hot tub only to discover it didn't work, the sauna didn't work, the gym was out of order, dried paint was on the floor in the pool room from a bad paint job, elevator even barley worked. Would never recommend especially for the cost.

Staff was friendly but the property was beyond filthy. Trash was stacked outside the elevator, the elevator inspection was expired, furniture was broken, bathroom was covered in black mold, cleaning spray was so overwhelming we slept with the balcony door open. We watched kitchen staff touch their face and clothing and then touch the food. We overhead staff complaining about customers over and over- the customers were upset for being charged for items they never received and reservations that were cancelled without notifying the guest. Two sets of guests in front of us who had confirmation numbers were told they didn’t have reservations and there were no rooms. The pool was filthy and not properly kept up.

This was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed! No TV, no internet, only one light worked, filthy, this place should be demolished. It’s as bad as I’ve ever seen. We should be refunded but I’m sure that’s not going to happen! Expedia should be ashamed to list this place. My fault for not reading the reviews! They were terrible! They have signs all over the walls that you will be charged 1,000.00 if the tub they call a hot tub overflows! You will be charged 250.00 for smoking on the balcony! I will not use Expedia any longer simply because you should filter places like this out so people don’t spend their money on a place like this and loose a day of their well deserved vacation! GB

I stayed at Oceanfront becauseci was getting a new roof on my house. I work graveyard shift so I sleep during the day. I couldn't get an early check in because they were busy the night before so had to wait until 3. Bed is a memory foam( which some people like) but to me it was hard and uncomfortable, so I didn't get much sleep. Exhaustion took over the second day so I did sleep. The room is clean and the view is incredible. Good place to stay if your visiting and don't plan on spending alot of time in your room.

With this hotel, you pay for the view and ease of access to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and look clean. I paid for dog treats in their little shop and on the bag it said $1.25 when I went to pay for it they charged me five dollars. It looks like they bought them from the dollar store and up charged quite a bit. The property is rundown and not maintained very well. There’s a shed on the outside where they have a whole bunch of trash piled up around it. It looks like empty laundry soap, buckets, and miscellaneous other items. They have employed a bunch of teenagers at the front desk who don’t know much of anything. Most of the questions I asked they had no clue how to answer. It’s not the kids fault they should’ve been trained, but nobody seemed to put that effort in. I think the best thing about this place though is that you can have your dogs and that was awesome. I would definitely stay again because of that and the access to the beach.
One of the views at the beach is a lighthouse.

Rooms are very outdated, nothing like the pictures. Staff wasn't concerned with plumbing issues in room. Talked with another guest who had the same problems. Overpriced restaraunt. Would suggest finding another hotel.
