Welcome to the heart of Eureka Springs, Arkansas!
Some call it Little Switzerland for its small European town influence seen at every corner and around each twist and turn.
Step outside and shop till you drop or stay inside to rest.
Located above the most frequented shops on Spring Street in the historic district, you don't have to go far to get home once you need a break, and you will.
Relaxation is our specialty. We are pros at chilling and taking it easy and chances are you deserve it.
Furnished with a quality king-size bed this well decorated bedroom will be a much appreciated treat after a day of walking down winding "turn of the century" sidewalks or hiking our great trails.
A full bathroom and kitchen packed with all the comforts of home.
Find secret stashes, our way of making you feel spoiled and investing in your early return to the "Nest".
Hang out in the living room and watch a large flat screen tv with Netflix to binge on all the movies you want and a PlayStation, complete with games!
Cook a nice meal together in the fully equipped kitchen, or cozy up in bed for a long night of snuggling!

You will also enjoy the fun of endless free plays of a vintage collectible "Star Wars" Pinball arcade game right in the studio! (Remember, it’s vintage! I can not guarantee it will be working as they are temperamental, and occasionally guests aren’t careful.)

We loved our stay at this apartment! The downtown location was perfect — everything we needed was just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The pinball machine was such a fun touch! We stayed at this VRBO in Eureka Springs over the weekend, and overall, the experience matched the listing’s description. The space was clean, well-appointed, and true to what was advertised. However, parking proved more challenging than expected—it would’ve been helpful if the listing emphasized the limitations a bit more clearly. We also happened to arrive during a Motorcycle festival, which made traffic and parking challenging. However, the apartment is located at the rear of the building, and noise was not an issue. That said, the location is ideal for those who enjoy walking, exploring local nightlife, and being close to the action. Please note that during busy weekends, accessibility and parking may require a bit more patience.

Weekend Getaway

Eureka Springs is one of our favorite places to visit for a quick weekend away. This VRBO was just perfect. We were close to everything and the room was better than expected. Very clean and comfortable. We were walking distance from literally everything. Hannah was amazing to deal with, and we'll definitely being staying here again!!!

Cute,cozy, felt like home

This was our second stay with Night Owl. This stay was at their other building, then the last stay, and we loved it just as much. If you are wanting a place that is cute, cozy, feels like home, but is literally in the middle of everything this is the place for you! The host was just as wonderful as last time and we will definitely stay again.

Eureka trip

Convenient location, basically dead center of the historic area in Eureka Springs. Having a parking location adds to the ease of the stay. All of the night owl rooms are well maintained and I’ll return for another stay in the near future. Hannah is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect downtown lodging

The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!

Absolutely loved this place

Everything is just as it states on the app. Very cute decor and right in the middle of Eureka Springs. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again. LOVED THE PINBALL game. Several reviews says it doesn’t work, however if you read the sticky note on top it’ll tell you how to turn on. Brought back great memories 😀👍

This apartment/loft had everything you needed! Peace if wanted or right in the bustle of downtown Eureka, literally at your doorsteps. The property owners own the store below and that was by far, my favorite store in Eureka. Talk about take me back to my childhood. Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you!
