we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel our room was very comfy and clean. The beds were comfy. The pillows were comfy breakfast. The next morning was really good. They had a wide variety of options for everybody. The pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was down for maintenance, but that was OK. The kids really enjoyed the pool overall great stay and I would go here again if I was in Eureka Springs.

Booked the hotel because of the pool. When we arrived the pool was closed. We got no notification, and when we asked if we would ger a discount we were told that the prices were cheaper on the website due to the pool not working. (Incorrect) On the website it clearly showed pool availiable.

The property was very nice and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue is that the pool which is the main reason we stayed here. The pool was green and un swimmable. You could not see the second step on the ladder. I was very disappointed. After a long day of walking and sightseeing we wanted to relax in the pool but could not because we were afraid of possible fungus and did not want to spoil our vacation with some kind of stomach bug.

All in all we got value for our money. Room had ample space and all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included but was a bit monotonous. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub was not in service which was a reason I picked this establishment.

When we go to Eureka Springs, it is our go to hotel it's nice. Breakfast is wonderful and the people that work there a great.

Decent Hotel

Overall this was a decent hotel. The staff was very friendly but was not very helpful. It was fairly clean but they only changed out our towels one time during our 5 night stay. The pool and hot tub looked like lake water and smelled like mildew. The dresser drawers had a really bad smell of mildew in them, which we were unable to use. The wifi did not work the entire stay.
