Didn't interact much with staff. The front desk clerk was helpful. Originally had upper floor room, but asked for main floor room because of recent knee surgery. He did make the change for us to a bottom floor level room. The room was neat but especially out dated and worn. Sheets were stained and worn/thin and rough. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was spacious & comfortable. Cleaned well. Breakfast had something missing each day. Small town & deliveries were spotty. Front desk was great. Parking easy. Pool & Hot tub were down the whole time we were there but it didn't matter to us.

Found a can of Skoal in our room, the toilet wasn’t working, the pool was closed for repairs, the waffle maker was broken. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, and it was closed and appeared like it had been for a while. Staff were not familiar with the area; they recommended a hike to a waterfall over an hour away for a mom and her two kids, and their 77 year old grandmother- a trail blazed in red with an elevation gain of more than 1,420 feet. Don’t ask him for advice of things to see lol. It’s overall pretty run down looking, with multiple unsecure access points where anyone could gain entry to the inside. Not worth the money at all.
