Fantastic spa hotel.

Fantastic hotel, great food and wonderful amenities. We loved the outdoor pool. It was so nice and warm.

-Hard to find the access road as building works block the primary route -Hotel is not as shown in the pics. The pool is being rebuilt... - Need to ensure you have a table booked as we nearly got turned away due to a large group taking over the restaurant - Restaurant was EXCELLENT - Breakfast was very good - Price we paid was reasonable - Lovely site in huge grounds

J’ai passé une seule nuit. La chambre était très propre et le lit très confortable. Un peu de bruit en ouvrant la fenêtre (sans doute la Clim) plus aucun bruit fenêtre fermée. Le personnel du restaurant très à l’écoute

Séjour parfait, chambre spacieuse, équipement complet avec café, thé et eau, peignoir et chaussons, crème pour le corps, piscine chaude avec musique sous l'eau. Restaurant sur place, personnel serviable et agréable. Petit déjeuner avec un buffet presque complet. Un jus de fruit pressé et des oeufs auraient été un plus.

Je séjourne très régulièrement dans des hôtels, mais cette expérience a été particulièrement décevante en raison d'une organisation interne clairement déficiente. À mon arrivée, personne à l’accueil : j’ai attendu une dizaine de minutes avant qu’une jeune employée n’arrive, visiblement occupée à monter un lit bébé. Elle m’informe ensuite que le restaurant est complet, sans que j’aie jamais été prévenue à l’avance qu’une réservation était nécessaire — contrairement à ce que font la plupart des établissements, qui prennent la peine d’envoyer un message concernant les options de restauration ou de parking. Un deuxième membre du personnel me fait simplement "non" de la tête, sans autre forme d’explication ni de solution. J’ai alors demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un simple plat à emporter dans ma chambre : aucune réponse depuis. On m’a seulement indiqué qu’il y avait des restaurants dans le village… Bref, un accueil sans aucun effort pour trouver une alternative, comme si le fait de voyager seul(e) rendait mon confort moins important. Dommage.
