The breakfast was coffee and a tiny dry muffin. I wouldn’t advertise breakfast. Ran out of coffee and had to ask for more. Room was clean.

Staff and room are good. Large mall, Walmart and several dining options are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Happily stay again.

This place is gross. Dirt and hair on the floors (yes even in the rooms). Dirty fingerprints on walls. Stains everywhere. Fridge and microwave had super old crusty food all over them. Tweakers living there and wandering around all day and night. Vomit on the ground in parking lot. No dishes or utensils or coffee pot in room. The breakfast is just cheap coffee and instant oatmeal packets. Gross.

Unhelpful Hotel

I can’t say anything good. I drove up there and they refused to honor the reservation for two twin, then they told me to go to another Extended Stay and they would help. The second location was also booked. I returned to the initial location and they told me that the room they were going to put me in didn’t have working water. They called a third location that was nearby, but that was booked. I had to contact Hotels.com for a refund, which I got, but they couldn’t help with finding a hotel either, if I had to drive further, fly in, or took a train, I’d have been stuck.

The room was big and clean. However, the hallways had bags of trash at the end and at the entrance someone had peed on the floor on arrival to the hotel. In addition, there were many pets so you might have a flare up if you’re allergic.

I reserved/Paid for a room 1.5 months in advance. Check-in was @3pm. I arrived @2:15pm - to find out there were no rooms available at the moment and had to wait for the next availability. Finally, checked in @4:15pm (2hrs later). Our room comes with a kitchenette with NO dishes, utensils, pans. Upon request only. Never again will i stay in this facility

Cigarette smoke smell was in the room and hallways. The faucet for the shower fell off when showering. The front desk lady wouldn’t come to the desk and took 5 rings.

This was a dump. The lady at the front desk was friendly and offered a discount on the room. She was great! The property was not. My room had no curtains (was told this, hence the discount), the fridge did not work and it stank. The cook top was missing a whole burner. The circuit breakers were turned off to the kitchen. Maybe they are fixing this and a booking mistake got me this mess, that doesn't excuse the rest of the property. Everything in the hallways was dingy and smelled. The elevators were sticky and felt like they were falling apart. The parking lot had abandoned car parts and trash. People were letting their dogs potty in the bushes and not cleaning it up. Unwelcome experience. I fear the staff is trying but they have no support or investment in the property from higher up.

When we showed up, we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. There was no greeting, no eye contact nothing. We get to our room and you can clean tell the floors werent swept nor mopped. Theres a massive dust bunny on the back of the computer chair that clearly has never been cleaned. There was no remote for the tv in our room so i had to go to the front desk and ask for one. Waited around again for staff to show up and once again no eye contact nor a simple greeting. I informed her there was no remote in my room and she just turned around and walked away and never said anything to me after searching around in the back for a minute she handed me 2 remotes and that was it. Got back into my room to get ready to shower but theres standing watter in the shower because the drain was completely clogged. Luckily i know how to fix that myself and cleared the drain. Only an hour in the room and this has been my experience.
