This hotel should have gotten 5 Stars. Staff pleasant, everything's clean, nice and quiet. But the bath has a shower that we couldn't figure out how to turn on. Turns out you have to turn spout to get shower to turn on, but shower didn't have enough pressure to turn on. Disappointing. enough pressure

The handicap room we were given, was NOT made for anyone who really needed assistance. No grab rails at all except for a small one at opening of tub. None near toilet. For a hotel this nice and expensive, you would think that this would be addressed. Very disappointed.

Everything was pretty good except, I’ve been in the same room now 3 or 4 times in a row and the room definitely needs a new mattress and better pillows. The pillows are an absolute joke. I can barely sleep they’re so terrible. The rest of the hotel is pretty nice. It’s clean and smells nice

My first room was awful smelling of cigarette smoke i asked to move rooms and the second room was clean and smelled fine however the tv didnt work and there was no way to adjust the AC and it was freezing cold in the room. I spoke with the female at the front counter and basically told nothing she can do but would pass it on to management. I doubt i would ever stay here again.

Everyone was nice and the room and facilities were clean. Only issue was the air conditioner in our room. Everytime it cycled on throughout the night, it made this horrible whirring air gushing sound that would wake us up each and every time.
