When you arrive the front desk claims there are extra fees and then says don’t worry, we’ll take it out of your incidentals.

The staff have poor attitudes. Customer service is lacking - they seem bothered and unmotivated to help at the front desk. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel seems new and clean. Do as much online to avoid personal interaction with the front desk crew that look like they would rather be anywhere else than doing their jobs.
