Well located for city centre. A recent conversion of part of an old building. Pool area attractive but they insist on playing music in the background. Room E4 was noisy as part of a garage conversion with the rear bedroom wall adjacent to busy cobbled road. Car noise was excessive at times. The overall site is attractive and modern but the quality of building work and materials is average and already showing wear and tear in places 7 months after opening. Staff helpful. Good breakfast. No other facilities. Overall good but not great.

Excellent converted manor house. The staff from check in to service were fantastic. After a busy day, a bottle of rose served to us at the poolside. Could not have been better.

Wonderful property. Hotel used to be a huge home for a family and has been converted into a hotel. It is unique and beautiful. Every staff member was excellent - friendly, professional and always available. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast delicious and always filled. The pool area was a great space for relaxing and although I didn't go in the pool, it was clean and others really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - right in the old town and walkable for all the sights. We picked the perfect hotel for our Evora visit.

Absolute gem

My wife and I are frequent travelers, mainly in the US, Central America or Europe. We like small, well-located, vernacular hotels. Bonus points for good value for our money (and, we don’t shoot for the high priced places). This hotel, especially their staff and spirit, nailed it. Quaint property in a convenient location in Evora. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with a kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area. We had a huge sitting area outside shared with one other suite overlooking the pool and courtyard.

This place is perfect, beautiful and convenient! We loved every moment of being at this lovely hotel and it was sad to leave such a marvelous property. Also, it was so convenient to walk to all of the sites of Evora in less than 10/15 minutes each. The chapel of bones and cathedral is around the corner - as well as the peacock park!

Wonderful stay in Evora. Very nice hotel in an old estate in the heart of old town inside the walls. Staff was over the top helpful and restaurant recommendations were very good. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Evora. A beautiful town
