Good hotel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff. The only issue was that there wasn't any information in the room giving information on how to access the leisure facilities. I.e where to change & shower beforeentering outdoor pool.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay this summer. Staff were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond especially when my son left his headphones at the hotel and they diligently helped prepare and ship them to us. Very impressed with their kindness.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Room was just right and we made good use of the balcony. Breakfast was always good and we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The hotel is very convenient for the city centre and tourist sites.

It was not easy finding the place, but when we did, what a nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay there. Evora has a lot to discover and the hotel was well situated.

Poor customer service and no AC

Aside from the beautiful architecture of this hotel, the service was not up to par for a four star hotel and the air conditioning system was not working throughout the hotel. They told me that it’s normal for the rooms to not go below 24 or 25°C even though it was set to 18°. There was also black mould in the shower. Would definitely not recommend. There are many other better options in Evora.

Great hotel and great location. On a hot day, lounging by the pool for a couple hours provided welcome relief. Easy walk to everything and the underground parking garage was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.
