The gentleman who checked us in was nice, though it seems he may have been the only member of staff at the hotel as he mentioned working housekeeping duties too? The restaurant was closed for refurbishment so we walked round to the hotel next door for food. The rooms were noisy, we could hear a fellow guest snoring through the wall.

Great hotel to explore the Devon Area.

A perfect hotel, as a base to explore the local area, or if on route to Cornwall. Certainly value for money, and would use again if I needed to. Though there are very little facilities in the local area (Walking Distance) for families, but ideal for somewhere to sleep after days out.

Room was ok. Cleaning not good. No food or drink facilities. Didn't listen to my phone request for a downstairs room due to my disabilities. Wouldn't let me charge car overnight as it is a Rapid charger. Charging a good price but if you go over an hour you are charged an extra £4 - this is wavered if uou are staying at the hotel

Could have done with an extra pillow and maybe a mattress topper on the bed but otherwise everything was great. Very good value. Very helpful when we had to check in late.

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel, located conveniently close to Exeter. Service on arrival was clear and helpful, the room was tidy and had all the needed amenities. Parking was plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay.
