Cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedrooms consist of a super king-size, with a Smart TV and en-suite with a roll top bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC, and one king-size and one double both with Smart TVs and en-suite walk-in showers. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, non-enclosed front garden with patio, graveled area, hot tub, furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Shared launderette facilities with a washer/dryer. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 1 mile. The Coach House is your idyllic rural escape. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of 300 GBP.

Resorts such as Seaton, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are found along this stretch of coastline, and all have plenty to occupy their visitors. An easy drive from Bradninch is the cathedral city of Exeter, with plenty of large shops, a wealth of museums, a theatre and many fabulous restaurants. Bradninch is also close to the rugged and unspoilt Exmoor National Park, as well as the tranquil and beautiful Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
