This luxurious marina home has been perfectly appointed for a fabulous getaway to the Ningaloo Reef.

Property is fully fenced; take a stroll down the stairs to a private jetty which has space for a 9m boat (no water or power available at jetty). Splash about in your own private pool overlooking the canals. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers with a separate freezer in the garage. Guest's have access to the garage.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
Layout/design of property and location of property was outstanding. However, on arrival house was very dusty with visible cockroaches in residence, would recommend - pre-check-in clean/inspection by property cleaner if house not used consecutively. Multiple remotes for TVs and aircons were not onsite - this was inconvenient, but workable. Of considerable note was the broken fan in the main living area, not ideal during December. Nor was the dirt, used/dirty clothes and dirty baby bottle and toys found in the foldout couch in the living area. Only thing letting this property down is poor cleanliness and ongoing maintenance not being upkept.
House was well located for walking to the marina, manta rays and whalers and only a short distance to town.
House is on the right side to make the most of the sun and minimal wind!
Needs maintenance
We stay 5 nights only had a hot shower on the last night,
After reporting about the hot water as we got there only got fixed on the last day.
Not enough plates for 7 people
The house is to hold 10 people.
Only 2 bowls and 2 butter plates, Knives are so blunt.
Dryer not working properly, the three toilets the seats all move on the toilet seats, tap in the bathroom for the bath came off,
Reported all these issues on the first day. The house needs to have proper maintenance done.
So for the price of the property not worth it.
"The Neighbour to this property was very rude throughout our stay, hurling abusive language at us as the property on the other side of us were playing music during the day.
The neighbour called the real estate and complained, the real estate then attended our property, unlocked the front door and let themselves into our property without any notice to threaten to evict us, only to realise it was the property next to us playing the music.
It really ruined our canal experience and I would not stay again.
The music being played by our neighbours was NOT offensively loud, not inappropriate and not during after hours, We personally had no issue with the music."
The property itself is amazing and very well kept, its a shame the neighbour ruined our stay.
