Love the area staff very friendly and helpful room little small to what we are use to but that’s my fault just booked a standard could do with fan in room as was very warm and u can’t open the window wide due to lock on it

I booked basic room with a double bed and they gave me a twin room Which is 2 single beds?the shower don’t run properly and I would say it was a hotel more like a b@b would never go back there again wouldn’t heat are food up for us and it said before I booked that they had air condition and all it was was a fan pug in not good at all

I arrived early and was able to check in straight away, lovely location and room had everything you needed! Very comfy bed and friendly staff! My only niggle would be that the shower pressure wasn’t very powerful at all but it was enough for a quick shower!

Perfect position of the hotel for the sea and all local facilities First thoughts were it was tired and lack lustre My room turned out to be nice but at the back of the hotel I closed the curtains throughout the stay and settled in I slept very well on a comfortable bed and the bathroom was lovely Room 12 My adult son had room 18 a different story Pokey and tiny although a twin room the bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite adequate Although the tv had a faulty aerial the window had a gap between the wall and window and toilet roll holder was hanging off the worst was the view and seagulls noise as they were nesting outside the window room 18 All in all though the staff were friendly and our stay was successful and pleasurable in Exmouth

Friendly staff. Provided fan when asked. Has rain shower as well as normal shower, but shower pressure terrible on both, if you have hair to wash you'd want to give yourself extra time to get your hair wet! Bathroom nicely decorated. Clean. Can't be helped by staff, but doors slamming all night by guests. No trouble shutting my door quietly, so not sure what other peoples issue was! I was only here one night so was fine for a quick visit, but if I was to come back for a longer holiday, it would have to be during a quiet time of year cos couldn't deal with the noise for more than a couple of nights!
