Located in the between the Coquihalla Recreation Area and Merritt, you are close to world class hiking, year round ORV Recreation (ATV, Dirt Bike, Snowmobile), horse back riding, and an unlimited amount of lakes to fly and ice fish.
It is also located 20 minutes away from World Class Tour Ski location of Falls Lake.

Drive off the back of the property and access the Kettle Valley Railway trails near Brookemere and on to Princeton or head west into Anderson and Boston Bar or north into the Merritt trail system. The location makes a great home base for multiple offroad riding opportunities in the area as well as hunting.

LOCATED at the intersection of 3 hunting zones including the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, and Interior it provides flexibility to hunt into either of these zones during hunting season. Moose deer elk.

No matter what the season, spring, summer, fall, or winter, this high altitude location makes an ideal get a way in the heart of the south west Interior Wilderness.
