There were cobwebs and dead small flies on the wall along with a disgusting dried booger on the bathroom wall. Black fingerprints all over the ceiling in the shower area. There were multiple ora ge streaks on the carpet that was either rust or something else. I had to throw away 2 pairs of socks that were stained from whatever was on the carpet. We would have left but there were no other hotels available. 2nd gross IHG room in one month. Not a great way to start as a new IHG rewards member.

I like this property, there are a lot of stores and a lot to do around the property. There is a breakfast buffet which was wonderful. however, trying to find parking on the weekends was a nightmare and I also booked this property to take the kids swimming while on vacation for Mother’s Day but the pool was closed.

I have stayed here several times because it is close to my son’s apartment so very convenient for me. That said, I will not be staying here again. The bathrooms are very tight because of the large door that opens into the bath. That is tolerable but the last few times I’ve stayed there has been no hot water. I tried to call the desk to let them know but the phone didn’t work. Also the tv didn’t work in the rooms for my last few stays. The desk said they would give me a credit but it didn’t show up on my credit card. I would think twice about booking this property.

Great property, handy spot for us to visit friends and explore the area. There was a water issue in our original room and staff were very responsive and sorted the issue and moved us very quickly. The provided breakfast was nice and the complimentary cookies were delicious!
