Under renovation, pool half drained, no breakfast as advertised, beds clean but floor dirty, sink drain clogged, shower faucet handle is broken, toilet and tub both dirty/ stained, a/c was off and the room was about 95 degrees at check in, went and ate off property to give it time to cool down. Also no staff at check in, have to call a number and wait for a guy to show up. Will probably be nice when it’s done but for now I’d avoid it if you can find something else for a little more money, it’s cheap for a bed to sleep in but no ideal even for the price.

Property is under construction. Nothing is working. Room is 100 degrees with no AC working. Breakfast was supposed to be included but it's shut down due to construction. Bathroom is filthy. Stains in toilet & shower. Cob webs behind doors. I will never stay here again.

I'd give 0 starts if that was an option. I should have known something was off when we were the only car in the lot at 5 pm. They are apparently in the middle of renovations which closed every amenity with no warning on the website. The pool was disgusting, closed, and the only reason we were there on that 104° day. In order to have the breakfast (supposed to be included with our stay) we were instructed to walk across the two adjoining parking lots, to a separate hotel. We were told we could swim there as well, trekked over and got told their pool was also closed. The first room we were given had been empty so long a spider made a web in the bathtub, which also had several handfuls of dirt inside it. I washed my hands and the water didn't drain back down the sink. The ACs hardly worked. The whole hotel was hot, muggy, and smelly. They also ripped off the name from the hotel on the Air Force Base nearby & at first GPS took us there! Front desk was hardly helpful, the second room was also disgusting, hot, with uncomfortable beds. Hands down the worst excuse for a hotel I've seen and I've been traveling all my life.

Terrible!

I thought I was booking the Wrigjt Patterson Inn by the college, instead they put us in the Hampton Inn which they are remodeling. No room service, no phone in room, no pool and we had to go to other hotel for breakfast which was super inconvenient. If I would have known that I would have booked someplace complete different.

This hotel needs to be shut down!!!! First red flag: the name of the hotel doesn't match any of the signs. You have to go inside and confirm. Pool- closed, breakfast - you have to go to the hotel next door. EXCUSE ME!? NONE OF THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON YOUR BOOKING SITE. blood, Urine, semen, fences, mold, boogers, body hair, old food, ALL OVER THE PLACE Pink mystery stains all over the beds and bathroom. The room was 90 degrees on arrival and didn't cool down until nearly 5 am!!!!! Demanded a refund and was told she couldn't do it so you'll be hearing from me every day until I get my money back. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!

This property is completely under construction. Pool closed. No refrig. No Microwave in room. No ice machines. No breakfast. We understand that we may be able to use the neighboring motel in the morning. The room was 91 degrees when we entered. I don't recall seeing any of this information when booking a room. The front desk person was very nice and helpful but this will be a disappointing stay.

Terrible. Pictures says a thousand words. What they showed online was not what we got in reality. Said there was breakfast and indoor pool what we got was walk across the parking to the next hotel for all accommodations. We didnt book the hotel across the parking lot. We dont gave photos to share because there isnt any to share breafast was minimal and pool was cold. Ate out for breakfast cause well what breakfast

Our stay was good. There was some issues though. First, it was 93 degrees in our room when we got in. We turned on the air and it took all night to get to 70 degrees. The fridge was unplugged. Luckily we noticed before our food spoiled. There was trash and popcorn on the floor by the bedrame. The hallway leading to the room was hot as well. I'm guessing the air wasnt on in the hallway either. The bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.

There is another place to stay with the same name on the AFB and GPS initially wanted to send me there, so keep that in mind. I believe the property is going through a name change so that should solve that issue. The front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier. She took the time to get me checked in, had a nice conversation, and even took the time to take me up to my room. One negative is the room was 92 degrees F, when I walked in. It was already late, so it took probably 2 hours or more to cool down to a temperature where I could sleep, other than that the room was clean.

They are in the midst of remodeling and changing to a Hilton Surge, so missing Ice machine and pool closed but we could use the Clarian as they own that one across the parking lot too. Room was comfortable despite not having the remodel complete.

Very disappointed. We booked this hotel with an indoor pool so that my granddaughter and I could swim. The pool was closed. We were told to go across the parking lot to another hotel's pool. Also we ran out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Front desk was only able to give us body wash. We were told that they are under renovation and everything was at a minimal. There was nothing said about under renovation and pool closed when we booked our room. Would not recommend this place unless after their renovations are done. Maybe it would be ok then.

The pool wasn't operational, you have to go next door and that guy was very sketchy. You had to get ice next door. The breakfast was disgusting, eggs weren't cooked. The girl dropped the spoon for eggs in the floor and stirred the eggs with it. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Not very clean.

The place was beyond disgusting. Not a single floor looked vacuumed or swept. The hallways, elevator, rooms etc all had crumbs, trash and hair. The toilets had stains on them and the floor. The sheets had stains and even blood stains on the pillow cases. We switched rooms three times to find one that was even remotely clean. The people were friendly and understanding but all in all whoever runs that place or is in charge of cleaning needs a serious check. I would never recommend someone to stay there until they make serious changes. We wanted a refund to go to another hotel, but it was too late.
