I stay here every 6 to 8 weeks. I can say without hesitation, Customer Service from management to front desk to custodial crew is outstanding and the food is nothing less than super delicious!

The room wasn’t bad, but there are many issues that are “fixed” poorly. The main lobby bathroom has a toilet that is held up with a piece of wood. The booths in the lobby seemed like they had wear and tear and random pieces of pleather are stuck on top lol. The hotel isn’t bad overall though. Our room seemed clean, the bartender was cool, and the courtyard is cozy.

It was listed as an 8.8 /10 and I think it’s more of a 6/10. Staff was very friendly and kind but our first room had such a bad odor (moldy, old & smoke) that we had to ask for a different room. The second room was fine, clean with a tolerable odor (I imagine the air filters and a/c u it’s are old). The carpets were stained throughout the hotel. Pool was nice. Average hotel.
