The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive everywhere. Also there was only one elevator working

Thanks for your feedback. Actually, we have 2 huge strip malls on either side of the property that provide many retail and restaurants. Also, we offer a shuttle to the Fair Oaks mall only 1 mile away.

I didn’t like the stall shower.
I missed having a digital clock.
I thought that bottled water should be complimentary to All.
As a senior citizen, I would have appreciated a book listing hotel services, menus, etc. Am not familiar with QR codes.
