The brunette on day shift was not helpful for checking in a little early. I believe she was the manager. The girl that was helping us asked her if we could go ahead and check in. Stated she had a room available but would not check us in early. Also the room was on the first floor and super loud most of the night. I could hear kids through the walls and frequent door slamming late at night.
