Luxurious Mountain lodge for corporate retreats or large / family gatherings

Welton Woods is an expansive lodge designed to bring luxurious amenities into the great outdoors.

It's the perfect place for corporate training and seminars, wellness retreats, family reunions, and vacations. The Lodge is situated on a rustic mountainside above the town of Fairview, Utah.

Welton Woods has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and we are so thrilled to share it. The property offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a significant number of people all under one roof without feeling crowded. It's close enough to town to get things you need, but isolated enough to offer the ease of seclusion.

Sleeping arrangements are made easily as the lodge sleeps 50 people in beds. Eight rooms feature king sized beds, and two bunk rooms sleep 15 each (for a total 30 twin size beds).

Here are just some of the wonderful things Welton Woods offers;

-A Theater Room which often is used as a perfect presentation area thanks to the levels of couches and upscale electronics.

-A Game Room area with an amazing imported pool table and ping pong table. Located on the bottom floor, the game room is separate from the bedrooms, making it easy to house entertainment without interfering with living space.

-A Hot Tub and Sauna, who doesn't love that? Whether it is to keep you toasty during the colder months or relaxed during the warmer ones, it's nice to have a place to sneak away to and rest the mind.

-10 Acres of land surrounding Welton Woods, perfect for outdoor events and activities.

-A huge wrap-around porch that overlooks the trees and landscape below. It's fully covered, and it comfortably seats 20+ people. The porch is ideal for dining or enjoying each other's company.

The last 15 or so minutes to the lodge is on a dirt road; all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended; however, it is still accessible by all vehicles.

In the winter, Welton Woods is only accessible by snowcat or snowmobiles which guests can rent from us for an additional fee or our driver can take them up and bring them back down for no additional Charge for the first 3 rides. Any additional Rides can be purchased for $250.

We are more than willing to help schedule shuttles, caterers, or other additional services of interest.

We have photos of the Lodge, but honestly, they don't nearly do the place justice. It has this amazing quality to it that makes it feel cozy despite its enormous size.
