My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again.

Great Location

The location and the comfort of the bed was excellent. However, when we arrived our assigned parking space was taken by an employee of the restaurant attached to the facility. The parking lot attendant had us park in the next room’s assigned space. When we arrived after dinner later that evening our space was available. Once in the room we discovered the refrigerator’s interior freezer door was broken. We did not realize the first shelf would freeze our food. In the morning our food items on the first shelf were frozen. The sliding closet doors were off their track and hard to move. The tv was not hooked up to cable, luckily we brought our iPad. The Wi-Fi at times stopped during movies. The coffee cups were found dirty with coffee stains. It was a convenient place for us to stay for a couple of nights. However, we will not use this Vrbo location in the future.
