Fabulous 3 storey townhouse style apt in central Falmouth with courtyard garden.


Rentals during July and August are a minimum of 5 days.
A charming 3 bedroom house over 3 storeys with its own sunny courtyard at the rear.
It is ideal for 5 adults as one of the rooms is a 4' double bed, or perhaps 2 children could share. This can be rented with the adjoining 1 bed and 3 bed apartments if available. The ground floor has plantation shutters (not featured in current photos) for privacy.

The ground floor has a sitting/dining room with a smart TV on the wall and the router for the wifi. Adjacent is the kitchen which is well appointed with an oven/grill/ hob and fridge freezer. There is also a washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a bench bar with 2 stools and a door that leads out to the south facing private courtyard at the rear which has a table and chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, supper and pre-evening drinks.

Stairs rise to the first floor which has a good sized bedroom with built in wardrobe and a 5' double bed. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom opposite has a bath (with good pressure shower over) toilet and hand basin.

Stairs then rise again to the top floor which has a bedroom with a standard double bed and an en-suite loo and basin. To the rear of the property is a smaller bedroom with a 4' double bed and an en-suite shower room.

It is an ideal property for 5 adults sharing or possibly 6 if someone doesn't mind sharing a small double bed.

Linen and towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, tea towels and hand soap are included. We ask that you leave the property tidy and all rubbish is put in bin bags provided and left outside at the front of the house tied, otherwise the seagulls attack them.
There isn't a parking space at the property, but there are several long term car parks that you can park at. Dell car park is the easiest as there is a great cut through that makes this a 6 minute walk at most. We recommend you buy a weekly ticket via the Cornwall. gov website, searching for Falmouth and car parks. There is free street parking close by, but we do not recommend it as it is limited by time and parking wardens are plenty.

Modern, comfortable flat in cool Falmouth

We loved our stay here. The flat was spacious and comfortable, and decorated tastefully. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. There is loads of clothing storage in each of the bedrooms (plus plenty of hangers!) and we found the shower in the en-suite really powerful (a surprise, given that water pressure on the top floor of houses can be poor!). Earplugs and a fan might be an idea for any guests sharing that room - there are lots of windows (which give beautiful views - it’s the loveliest room which we grabbed for ourselves) but the hot August mornings meant that the seagulls outside our open window disturbed us. The views from that part of the house do offer some compensation for that though! We loved Falmouth, which is buzzy without being pretentious. The flat is 20 seconds’ walk from a great pub in one direction and 20 seconds from a bustling street with shops and restaurants in the other. Despite this, there is little disturbance from passing cars and people. We parked in Dell car park which was fine (just once we had to wait about 10 minutes for a space). It was a fairly straightforward walk and we were able to pull up outside the flat to unload luggage/drop off the family with our beach stuff whenever we needed it. Communication with Louise was great - she was fast to reply to messages and arranged more towels for us quickly when needed. Nine days wasn’t enough to enjoy Falmouth properly and we’re already talking about booking again for next year!

Very central apartment in Falmouth

Three bedrooms, almost three bathrooms, living room and a modern kitchen. Very central to everything happening in Falmouth. Can not say anything negative about the apartment itself or the owner. If i must searh my soul for negative things, you must rely on street parking or a 500m walk to the nearest car park.
