The rooms need to be updated. Service was awful. Let me rephrase, cleaning service and front desk and meal service was great; however, stocking of drinks if you didn’t call they didn’t come , service at the pool was the same some days. It seemed like you only got good service if you tipped. We rented a caban by the pool and the service was awful. The caban room smelled like vomit.
The best part of the hotel was the fitness crew. Cover, Travis and Kedija were the best fitness crew I had at a resort. Very energetic and helpful.

One word....LOUD. We picked this place because it was family friendly, however every night they had loud activities until 10:30pm making it hard for my 2 year old to sleep. The food was just ok, and there were no quick grab snack options, everything was a sit down restaurant. If your goal is to get drunk then this is your place, it was just not the relaxing vacation I was looking for.

Property is clean and is being worked on daily. There are a few things hanging from the roof that needs to be taken care of but overall the property is clean, beautiful and well taken care of.

It was awesome. Great staff, comfortable room, great food. Can’t wait to go back. We especially loved that all dining options were in close walking distance.
