Hej! Vi inkl. hunden Àr mycket nöjda med vÄr övernattning. Bra service vid incheckningen dÄ jag missat att meddela att en hund finns med samt centralt lÀge. Hann med ett mycket trevligt besök pÄ Dalarnas museum för mig som hÄllit pÄ Leksands IF i hockeyn sedan mitten av 70-talet.

The hotel was worn down, dirty and out dated. We were there in July and the hotel didn’t have AC and it was miserable. The rooms were probably over 90 degrees and so was the common areas. The service was friendly but extremely slow.

Bodde hĂ€r nyligen och har lite blandade intryck. PĂ„ det stora hela var vistelsen bra – hotellets lĂ€ge Ă€r toppen, nĂ€ra till allt, och tjejerna i receptionen var supertrevliga och hjĂ€lpsamma. Rummet var fint och duschtrycket fĂ„r verkligen full pott – bĂ€sta jag varit med om pĂ„ hotell! Men nĂ„gra saker drog ner upplevelsen: Rummet lĂ„g vĂ€ldigt lĂ„ngt bort, nĂ€stan som att gĂ„ ett maraton efter en lĂ„ng dag. Parkeringen var dessutom sjukt dyr, vilket kĂ€ndes onödigt snĂ„lt. En annan sak som gav dĂ„lig smak var klisterlapparna pĂ„ spegeln med hot om att bli debiterad om man ”tar deras Rituals-produkter” – kĂ€nns inte sĂ„ vĂ€lkomnande att bli misstĂ€nkt för att sno nĂ„got. Och de dĂ€r produkterna var dessutom inget att hurra för – torkade ut bĂ„de hud och hĂ„r. Bastun verkar fortfarande inte klar och restaurangen var tyvĂ€rr stĂ€ngd under vĂ„r vistelse, vilket var trist. Frukosten var helt okej, men avsaknaden av gravad lax tog bort den dĂ€r lilla kĂ€nslan av lyx man gĂ€rna vill ha pĂ„ hotell. Sammanfattningsvis: mĂ„nga fina delar – men nĂ„gra missar som drar ner helhetsintrycket.
