The room had torn wallpaper in the bathroom and when the housekeeping staff scrubs the floor the bathtub has a line of dirt on the tub. Total lack of complete cleanliness is unacceptable.

The room was very nice, large, and clean. The service was excellent. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because of the lighting. Overall, the room was dark, and the light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough.

The room was great, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, stopped in quick before hitting the road. The hallways were a bit messy: torn wallpaper, broken ice machine, one door was missing its lock/handle and just had a blank piece of paper covering it. Still felt safe and secure.
