Parfait !!!!!

L’accueil est chaleureux et courtois. La maison est située au calme dans un endroit verdoyant et parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est superbe offrant une superbe vue sur la mer. Quant à la maison, aucun reproche à formuler, tout est impeccable.

Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Das Ferienhaus ist von Bastia aus mit dem Mietwagen in ca. 40 Minuten einfach zu erreichen. Es liegt herrlich gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse, auf der sich Abende gut ausklingen lassen. Der Weg zum Strand (flacher Sandstrand, für Kinder bestens geeignet, Restaurant inklusive) beträgt mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es mangelt an nichts (von Poolhandtüchern über Salatschleuder bis hin zu Salz- und Pfeffer-Vorräten). Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit dreierlei korsischen Spezialitäten empfangen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir wollen in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Tolle und gepflegte Villa in traumhafter Lage mit Meerblick

Wir haben die Villa plage de Saleccia gebucht und sind absolut begeistert! Die Beschreibung stimmt absolut mit der Realität überein. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage in einem großen und gepflegten Garten, aus jedem Fenster hat man eine andere tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, den Garten oder die Berge. Wir (3 Personen) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Villa ist sehr sauber und in einem Top-Zustand, die Betten sind bequem, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt und die Villa gereinigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut und funktionell ausgestattet mit mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Die Buchung, An- und Abreise waren absolut perfekt, der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, er hat uns gute Empfehlungen bezüglich Restaurants, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig, von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer incl. wunderschöner Sonnenuntergänge, das Auto kann direkt an der Villa geparkt werden, das Grundstück ist umzäunt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im benachbarten Patrimonio oder in St. Florent, der Strand ist nur 2 Autominuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wunderbar erholt, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (15 und 12 Jahre) verbrachten im Juli 2018 eine Woche in der Villa Desert des Agriates. Das Haus entspricht in allen Belangen den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und zweckmässig. Pool und Aussicht sind absolut top. Der Strand kann auch zu Fuss erreicht werden, es sind aber einige Höhenmeter zu bewältigen. Wir sind daher immer gefahren. Am Strand hat es auch ein nettes Restaurant. Saint Florent mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist in ca. 15 Fahrminuten zu erreichen.

Toller Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung zwei schöne und ruhige Urlaubswochen mit unserer eineinhalbjährigen Tochter verbringen können. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und kümmern sich sofort wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Als wir relativ spät am Samstag Abend ankamen, war der Kühlschrank schon für ein leckeres Frühstück gefüllt. Für unsere Tochter gab es ein Babybett, einen Kinderhochstuhl und wir haben für die Treppe extra noch zwei Sicherheitsgitter bekommen. Der Poolbereich hat eine Sicherheitstür, so dass man sich keine Sorgen um den Nachwuchs machen muss. Die Aussicht auf das Meer inclusive Sonnenuntergang einerseits und auf die Berge andererseits ist wunderschön und der Garten bietet reichlich Platz zum Sonnen und Spielen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die liebevolle Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der nächste lange Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, bis zum großen Supermarkt braucht man eine gute Viertelstunde. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und zwei Wochen tolles Sommerwetter genießen können. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes, freistehendes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit beeindruckendem Meerblick und Pool

Wir haben einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Mitte bis Ende September gehabt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise war gut und schnell und auch vor Ort super unkompliziert und sehr nett. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort den man sich wünschen kann, bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Die Lage ist unvergleichlich schön, ruhig, ungestört und für Ausflüge im ganzen Norden Korsikas bestens geeignet. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse mit Pool begeistert jedes Mal aufs neue. Nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bergab gelangt man an eine versteckte, kaum besuchte Badebucht oder wenige Minuten Fußweg weiter an den größeren Strand von Farinole. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ist das ca. 10km entfernte Hafenörtchen Saint Florent, welches viele nette Restaurants, Eisdielen, Boutiquen und eine schöne Hafenanlage zum Flanieren und Bootfahren bereit hält. Wir können die Unterkunft für Familien und Paare, die Ruhe suchen, absolut weiter empfehlen.

Un cadre magnifique, idéalement situé et une prestation particulièrement exceptionnelle !

Nous avons eu le bonheur de séjourner (1 semaine seulement, hélas !) dans cette très belle maison bénéficiant d’une vue superbe, parfaitement entretenue et offrant une prestation exceptionnelle tant dans la qualité de l’équipement que dans le soin apporté au confort du locataire. Tout a été parfaitement pensé. Cette jolie maison est idéalement située, légèrement en retrait de la côte privilégiant à la fois calme, absence de promiscuité et proximité du charmant petit port et station balnéaire de Saint-Florent (10mn en voiture). Ajoutons un excellent rapport qualité/prix et n’oublions surtout pas l’accueil des sympathiques, disponibles et discrets propriétaires. Parfait, on ne demande qu’à y revenir...

Tout commence par un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Maguy et Dominique. Magnifique villa avec une vue mer qui nous manque déjà. Très grande piscine. Situation idéale pour découvrir le Cap Corse et le désert des Agriates. Après ces quelques commentaires, nous espérons qu'il restera de la place pour y retourner.
