We had no hot water. The water was lukewarm at best, The desk attendant did not acknowledge our comment about the water temperature!

Breakfast is served too late to eat before work. No elevator. No path to neighboring convienent store. No indoor pool. No hot tub. Washing machine broken.

We were very impressed. Just a few touch ups needed with paint and more lighting in the rooms. Other than that it was great. Bed was very nice!

A little care for veterans appreciated.

As a veteran with back problems, I always request a first floor room. At check in I was given a second floor room. I ask if a first floor room was available. I was told a room was available on the first floor for an additional charge since it had two beds. So I carried my bags up the steps to the second floor.

nothing about the hotels where bad the service from Expedia was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been given from any company. we where left with no where to stay and had to sleep in our vehicle and they could not careless. mind you this was due to no fault of our own. absolutely disgusted
