I would never stay in this hotel or recommend anyone ever stay there. The deadbolt on the door did not work, they told me they would come and look at it and never did. It is a two story hotel with no elevator and I was on a long trip with a 50 pound bag checking in at 1:30 in the morning. If the entire town was not sold out due to a homecoming, I would’ve switched in a heartbeat.

Never stay at this hotel. It needs a total renovation. The lock on my door didn't work. The tub faucet dripped constantly. It smelled. The mattress was dirty. The finish on the tub was peeled off. The bathroom door had been abused and then painted over. Missing lightbulbs. Dirty hallways. Miserable.

The chemical smell gave us headaches. There were holes in the walls that were not patched in the bathroom where the shower curtain was moved. There was one bracket on the wall where a towel bar used to be. Will not stay again Hardly ever saw anyone from the staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom, specifically the shower, was unacceptable. It is a bad renovation gone wrong. The tub is slanted, unstable, holds water, and has been painted. The bathroom door has been badly painted with patched holes, and does not close. The breakfast in the morning was fine and the staff was attentive when needed. I did let the staff know about the issues in the room. They said that they would let maintence know…. This is a much bigger issue than maintence can easily repair. Avoid room 118.

The bathtub was disgusting!! There were roaches in it! The fire detector was broken and left onto of a shelf. Walls are thin so i could hear the guests next to me slamming the bed against the wall. The breakfast is only available 6-9 and not much to choose from. The grounds around it were filthy! Noone to complain to bc noone was ever ar the front desk

Terrible place compare to the price

The room had a strong urine odor and was very noisy, as the residents in the adjacent room kept their TV volume high. Due to the connecting door between the rooms, it sounded as if the TV was in my own room. I reported the smell to the front desk, but the response was simply, “Oh, I will tell them,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional for someone in the hotel business.

Misleading Photos, Unsafe Rooms, and Poor Cleanliness I booked this hotel based on glowing reviews, attractive photos, and its advertised “non-smoking” policy. The reality was completely different. • Room #1: Reeked of cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking policy. Door lock was broken. • Room #2: No smoke smell, but overwhelming cheap perfume odor. Door lock also broken. • Room #3: Finally had a functioning lock, but the in-room phone was dead and unplugged. When I pulled the nightstand away to plug it in, the area behind was filthy. After three room changes, the issues were consistent: broken locks, poor maintenance, and unacceptable cleanliness. While the staff reassigned me each time, the problems were systemic, not isolated. I will be posting pictures with this review to show the actual condition of the rooms — they are nothing like the polished, professional photos in the advertisements. In my opinion, those photos are highly misleading. I chose to skip the included breakfast entirely because the lack of cleanliness in the rooms made me question the hygiene and safety of the food. This was a deeply disappointing stay. I will not return, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone until there are major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty in advertising.
