Stunning lakefront home with 4 BR & 3 BA (2,039 sqft) on North Shore Dr, across street from lake. Single story home (no stairs to climb) in West Fawnskin area of Big Bear which is more peaceful, has nicer views of lake and mountain, yet close to everything. This luxury estate is a place where you can sit back and relax or you can enjoy any number of local activities available like skiing, hiking, biking or boating. Spectacular lake views from the front deck, living, dining room and 2 bedrooms. Central Heat & AC, tankless water heater, backup generator, Starlink WiFi, and 2 car garage w/EV charger (Nema 14-50) to park during winter snow.

Great location and easy walk across road to NORTH SHORE LANDING (open May - Oct) to rent boat, jet ski, kayak, SUP, etc. Or book a boat tour on the new and fun Tiki Boat with a bar. Lake access across road to swim, walk near the dam or fish in the deep waters.

OWNER OPERATED. We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring extra essentials as needed for your stay.

Parking - Maximum 4 vehicles; park inside garage and on driveway. Overnight parking on street is not allowed by city and vehicles will be towed. Do not block neighbor's vehicles as we share driveway. Lock all cars and do not leave food inside car due to bears.

Wood - Please bring your own wood if you want to use the fireplace.

Trash - Please bag ALL trash and place maximum 3 bags in trash can inside garage for cleaner to dump offsite. We DO NOT RECYCLE. Do not place trash bags or other un-contained trash with food anywhere on the property due to wild animals. Guest will be charged $25 per bag after allowance of 3. Exception for more than 3 nights stay (1 bag per night).

Snow Removal - Owner will clear snow on driveway and walkways to enter garage and house prior to check in time. Guest will need to clear snow in front of garage during their stay with shovels.

Chains - All wheel drive and/or chains require during winter snow days. Cancellation and refund is allowed if ALL roads are closed.

Stunning View!

Our family of 5 ( 3 young kids) really enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival, the home was very inviting with its stunning view (beautiful bay windows) cleanliness, and overall zen vibe. The dual master bedrooms also had an incredible lake view creating the most recharging/ relaxing environment. The layout would be great for two families or multiple friends. Fun/updated outdoor spaces in the back as well as the front patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck and dinner was just as wonderful looking at the view with the fire pit table to keep us warm. We were able to rent the cutest pontoon boat across the street and had the best time exploring the lake. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the coffee maker (drip) and stock with a variety of options (coffee bar set up), possibly upgrading the shower heads to offer more water pressure. Overall, this is a great rental and I would definitely recommend. I’m sure we will be back again!

Amazing Lake Views!

We have stayed at several houses and cabins at Big Bear over the years, and finally found one that we plan to come back to again and again! It exceeded our expectations. The lake views were better than expected, and having the marina literally at the bottom of the driveway made renting a boat effortless. We enjoyed the home's open floor plan, which was great for cooking, gathering and playing games. Rooms were spacious and clean. Communication with the host was great. My husband said the level-2 electric car charger in the garage was a game-changer!

The best rental we have ever stayed at

Every January My friends and I take a trip to big bear to celebrate three birthdays, booking on Vrbo and airbnb. But this place was the absolute best place we have stayed at in the last 7 years of booking. The property was immaculately clean, spacious and just beautiful. It was about a 20 min drive to the Big Bear village, which we didn’t mind because the location gave us so much privacy and one of the best views we have had. We have definitely noticed the difference from booking directly with the homeowner and renting from a bigger management company. And with Carolyn’s permission we would love to come back next year. Thank you so much !!
