The gentleman at the front desk, Rodney was the only positive experience. He was sincere in his apology. I had 2 wait 2 & a half hrs to get a rm. Only positive thing i experienced was the good conversation while i waited 4 rm.

It was very noisy, strange people knocking on your door, had to take own dirty towels to the office to get clean ones just all around poor

Cockroaches and dirty floors in my room. Guests were banging on my door at 2AM.
