This is an incredibly well-stocked property. The kitchen in particular is noteworthy. You can really cook here. Plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, oil, spices, etc. The sectional sofa is amazing! Comfortably seated 6 adults to watch some playoff basketball. Awesome outdoor spaces. A table for 6 just off the kitchen & a really nice fire pit area down a few steps in the backyard. The host is friendly & responsive. The location is great. Right by Gully Park, one of the best in Fayetteville. Quick access to UArk, downtown, etc. Comfortable beds & a nice shower/tub.
