Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food!

This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!

You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.

Parking is limited to the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

This property was fantastic! So many games and plenty of room for everyone to get ready to attend a nearby wedding. This home was extremely clean and the host has gone above and beyond to provide everything needed for a great weekend! All of the beds were comfortable, as well as, the furniture. Loved this property. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a family. The backyard was also nicely equipped with a firepit, seating, a swing, etc. The garage has been converted to a game room which would be greater for older kids! Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very quaint property. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners take great care and the home is well supplied and nicely decorated. Our visit was due to UARK move in and we needed a place that allows pets. Property is not too far from campus and can see renting this home again for a game weekend. The garage game room is great. We loved the ping pong table! It is perfect hang out place for tailgating and/or watching the game!
