This property is beautiful and it was located less than 5 minutes from our tournament venue. Beautifully furnished, lovely neighborhood, with nice lawns and a beautiful honeysuckle bush emitting a lovely scent.
Very nice and comfortable home. Beds were great. Communication was wonderful with host who responded to questions right away. Shampoo and coffee were nice extras! Would stay here again!
Check in was easy, house was clean and bedding was very comfortable. Only negatives was it was 83 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took quite a while for the AC to get it cooled off. The knob in the hallway shower came off as well so that may need to be repaired or replaced. Good value for the price and I would stay here again if it's available.
Loved staying here, the home is clean and well-situated in a safe neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with, making the check in and check out processes very easy.
Definitely would recommend this lovely home if youâre staying in Fayetteville. U of Arkansas is just a few minutes drive away.
All the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the patio out back!! The weather was nice and the house is not far from restaurants. Weâll definitely stay here again!!
Beautiful house. As advertised in pictures. We had six adults and the two bathrooms each only had one roll of toilet paper, with no supply closets or spares that we were able to find, which was an issue by the end of the weekend. No paper towels either. Also, when we checked in, a blaring alarm went off that called a security system. A code was not provided to disarm the alarm. The security system spoke through the box and told us police were being notified and requested our names and why we were in the house. I called the host and she immediately answered her phone and was able to get it disabled and no police came- but it was not a smooth check in. Other than that, it was a nice neighborhood and the listing was very honest. People make mistakes and forget to disarm security systems.
The home was perfect for our group and stay. It was clean, had a large living space and kitchen...which we used for gathering our family and a few friends. The outdoor porch is cute and was perfect for our Sunday brunch. While the location is 13 minutes from campus...it was easy to get too, close to a gas station and grocery store for needed items. It also took us out of the hustle from campus allowing for calm and conversations with our college student. We would stay here again and recommend this location.
We stayed here for our sonâs move in to U of Ark and fit the bill perfectly! Didnât get instructions for check in until hours before but once we did, all was great!
This was just far enough from the University of Arkansas, yet close enough to attend graduation without issues. The house is SUPER clean, nice & in a great neighborhood!! We would definitely stay here again! The snack basket and small water bottles and flavored creamers in the refrigerator were just great!!
Beds are super comfortable and TVâs in every room!! Living room is super spacious!
Notes to homeowner: a power strip in each of the bedrooms by the side tables would be great for charging phones etc.;
the microwave is haunted and may need to be serviced, sometimes it just counts down the time and doesnât actually turn on; coffee filters would also be a great addition!! also information on how to make it cooler/warmer in the welcome book. Thanks so much for her hospitality!!
