The Bird House - Private Hot Tub, 2 Miles to U of A, Baum & Fayetteville Square

Welcome to The Bird House in Fayetteville, Arkansas! We are located in a new construction community on the south side of town. We are only 2 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus and the Downtown Fayetteville Square! We recently added a brand new HOT TUB for guests to enjoy year round! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Bird House!

This is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept making it perfect for entertaining. Your kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there are also 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Downstairs you also have a half bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The large screen smart TV is ready for streaming movies or the big game in the living room. Additional smart TVs are in each of the bedrooms. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with outdoor seating, charcoal grill and of course the hot tub. The backyard is large and flat making it perfect for tailgate games or just enjoying the lawn and view of large mature trees behind you.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom has a cozy king size bed, plenty of floor space, a large walk in closet with dedicated workspace and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 are also located upstairs and each have queen size beds and smart TVs as well as plenty of closet and dresser storage. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill full bathroom between them. Both bathrooms upstairs have plenty of linens. Lastly, the downstairs sectional sofa has a pull out queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Kid friendly and accommodating with blinds in all bedrooms, pack-n-play and high chair. The bonus room upstairs has a cozy couch, arcade console and a game cabinet with lots of fun games to choose from. Home has easy access to greenways for jogging or biking all over Northwest Arkansas. The garage is setup as a game area with a Ping Pong table & Foosball so be sure to enjoy that as well. This will be your favorite home away from home when you visit.

You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home has a very flat backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the hot tub and charcoal grill on the back porch along with the comfortable seating! Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

This house was the best, most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed in. The owner’s decorated for Christmas and we had a wonderful Christmas morning before going to the bigger family event nearby. Lots of good family time just lounging in the living room while the kids played in the common area upstairs and in the garage. Really close to everything but still quiet
 a hard combo to find in Fayetteville!

Quick Weekend Visit

The Bird House was as advertised, and we found that it was very roomy for our group of 5. The hot tub was a bonus, but sadly the weather did not cooperate with us! The location was just close enough to get over to the square or campus easily, but out a bit to be away from any congestion. We would happily stay on a future visit.

Wonderful place.

It was myself, my daughter and son-in-law and my two young grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay there. The place was very clean. Everything worked well and the neighborhood was great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding and Perfect

The Bird House was the perfect location for our first trip to Fayetteville. Conveniently located, and very clean. It felt like you were in nature while in the backyard overlooking the natural area, especially while relaxing in the clean hot tub. I’d stay there again for sure. The host Josh was very responsive and great to work with!

Very nice property! Convenient to U of A!

We selected this property because we had a wedding dinner and then on next night a wedding itself in the Springdale AR area. It was great! The bed - master- super comfortable- the master has a very nice attached master bathroom with a very large closet (if that’s something you need) it also had a ROKU TV. There are also 2 of the other bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the bonus area has a small couch that - I assume- opens up for a double bed. If you have mobility issues this could be a problem, all bedrooms are upstairs- fairly steep- but it was fine for us! The kitchen is very nice, plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc. The living room couch was comfortable and had a Vizio smart TV. The backyard is nice-small patio with a couple of cushioned chairs and a cushioned couch. Also, there is a charcoal grill- pretty large. We enjoyed the patio area especially when it got dark - the cicadas were pretty loud but enjoyed it! I did suggest to the property manager to have an oscillating fan for the summer months for the back patio- it was pretty hot in the afternoon since it faces west (we drove so we brought our own). As to the hot tub- we didn’t use - it was clean and in great condition! Finally, our host was very good at communication! If we are back this way we would stay here again!

Very clean

This was a great house. The host was very quick to reply to questions and the check in process was seamless. The house was very clean. I didn’t feel like the furnishings were just thrown in; it could have actually been someone’s home. Appreciated the little extras: baby gate, box of kid toys, high chair, etc.
