Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ok. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein und nur mit Bett und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Wir hätten uns mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten gewünscht. Da man an der Straße (Spielstraße) nicht parken darf, haben wir unser Auto in dem schmalen Carport untergebracht. Wir waren bei bestem Wetter viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die traumhafte Umgebung sehr genossen.

Ein kleine und feine Wohnung, die alles hat was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Fussläufig sind der Südstrand, Burgstaarken und die Innenstadt locker zu erreichen. Leider ist das Carpot arg schmal. (Für große Auto‘s)

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet, die Betten sind phantastisch, es ist sehr ruhig. Der Carport ist schmal, Ein-und Ausparken aber machbar.

Der "Lichtblick" am Ende des Jahres

Wir buchten diese Wohnung über Sylvester 2023. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld verdient schon 5 Sterne. Alle Fragen wurden ausführlich und zeitnah beantwortet. Wir sind in der Nacht angereist, der Schlüssel befand sich in einem Schlüsseltresor am Carport. Das Carport selber ist etwas eng, aber das ist ok. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Große ebenerdige Fenster (mit Plissees und Ausßenjalousie) und eine super Einrichtung mit hervorragenden Betten. Die Küche erfüllt alle Wünsche und glänzt mit Besteck und Geschirr in ausreichender Menge. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber und modern. Die Fußbodenheizung funktioniert hervorragend. Meine Damen waren - wie ich auch - begeistert und kommen gerne wieder.
