Welcome to this beautiful typical village house with a garden, located at Portocolom, near the sea, where 8 guests will feel like at home.
This house disposes of a wonderful grass area, hammocks where you can relax and sunbathe, and different terraces and porchs that surround the house. An external shower is ideal to refresh quickly after a long day at the beach. Later, you can prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones.

The property is divided in three floors, including up to three living-rooms, four bedrooms with a wardrobe each, and two bathrooms.

At the ground floor, there is a living-room with big glass windows, where you can relax watching the satellite TV. There is a second living-room with a nice dining-room area, the gas equipped kitchen that preserves the typical majorcan style and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are also located at this floor, one has a double bed, and another two has two single beds. Two of them have access to a lovely furnished terrace. If you come over with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.

Upstairs, you will arrive to an attached area of the house, where there is another living-room with a TV if you fancy some time on your own, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath.

At the -1 floor, there is an independent laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining room as well as all the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Portocolom still preserves the old fishermans port and its legendary church. This is the oldest area of the town. At the other side, you will find the modern area, with more services, entertainment day and night at the restaurants, bars and pub's. There is also a wide range of sandy beaches and close coves, that preserve the sailors district atmosphere typical from this part of Majorca. Every morning, you can still see little boats sailing from the bay. If you like sports like golf, you are at the perfect place. Go and play at Vall d'Or golf course, at s'Horta.

[+] The beds are very comfy; the kitchen is very well equipped; there are so many places to sit together: living rooms, terraces, balconies.. The garden is nice. There is like a 2nd apartment on the 1st floor with own living room and bathroom. Stairs are outside. Makes it a very quiet place upstairs. The rest of the rooms are downstairs. You can walk to the beach or a little food court within 15-20 minutes. In case you need night life next to you, it might not be your place to be. It is in a quiet living area (accept of the neighbors dog ;D) We liked it a lot!

Superbe maison spacieuse avec un beau jardin située dans un endroit très calme. 2 remarques: - la boite à clés n'est pas très facile à ouvrir ainsi que la porte métallique. - le robinet de l'évier dans la cuisine est très mal fixé Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec une bonne chaleur pour une fin octobre.

Schöne, riesige Unterkunft mit großem Garte

Sehr großes, gepflegtes Haus mitten in Portocolom. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gibt einen großen Garten. Unsere zwei kleinen Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem über die Schaukel und das Trampolin im Garten gefreut. Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück, viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten

Sehr schöne Finca, reichlich Platz, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Allerdings war der Zugang für Nichteingeweihte ziemlich schwierig. Der Schlüssel mußte einer Schlüsselbox entnommen werden, von der wir weder den Code noch die Benutzung kannten. Erst nach Anruf bei der Betreibergeselschaft und der Hilfe einer mit der Funktion vertrauten Person konnten wir Zugang erhalten.

Ganz in Ordnung, aber Luft nach oben

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war top und die Villa + der Garten schön groß, sodass wir mit 2 Familien viel Platz hatten und die Abende auf der Terrasse etwas abkühlen konnten. Die Wärme war dank Ventilatoren in der Nacht auch erträglich (besser als Klimaanlage). Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit (dreckiges Bidet bei Ankunft, fleckige Bettlaken, Schimmel an dem Eisspender am Kühlschrank) und das in die Jahre gekommene Inventar (die Türklinke oben im Bad fiel auseinander, insgesamt wirkt alles schon veraltet und es riecht muffig). Alltägliches, wie zb. Geschirrspülmittel oder Müllbeutel fehlten leider. Schade. Dafür stand eine Flasche Rotwein im Kühlschrank - nur, dass keiner von uns trinkt. Da wir aber meistens unterwegs waren oder uns draußen aufgehalten haben, war die Unterkunft für Frühstücken, Spieleabende und Schlafen schon ok, wenn auch dafür zu teuer. Wir würden uns wohl nicht nochmal für dieses Objekt entscheiden.

Viaje familiar excelente! Los empleados de Homerti siempre respondieron con rapidez mis dudas. Por otro lado tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a los dueños que fueron muy amables con nosotros. La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos: cómoda, amplia, con todo lo que necesitábamos para una estadía confortable, sin duda repetiremos!

Excellentes prestations : Très belle maison typique majorquaise, très confortable, spacieuse, dans un grand jardin délicieux, arboré, fleuri... un vrai havre de paix dans un quartier résidentiel. Plage à 1/4 d'heure à pied, centre animation idem, très belle côte marine, très jolies plages/criques - Idéal pour famille avec enfants (nombreux équipements : balançoires, trampoline, jouets, pelouse,...) - Agence Homerti particulièrement attentionnée (merci pour la petite douceur à notre arrivée !), toujours joignable quelque soit le jour et explications très claires et efficaces - Cette maison fut une très belle surprise, merci.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben als Gruppe von 5 Freundinnen in diesem Haus Urlaub gemacht und es war wunderbar. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, fußläufig zu einer schönen Badebucht am Ortsrand von Portocolom. Es ist sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt sehr viele Sitzecken auf 2 Terrassen, 2 Balkonen und in dem liebevoll gepflegten Garten. In der Küche kocht man sehr gerne. Für Kinder mit Schaukel und Trampolin ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke an die Eigentümer und das HomertiTeam!

Wir waren in der Can Boira in Porto Colom. Wundervollen Haus in optimaler Lage! Ausreichend Platz, toller Garten und schöne Grillecke. 10 min. zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort. EIinkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Super mit Kindern, da Planschbecken, Trampolin, Sandspielzeug etc. da sind! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder und waren sehr begeistert!

La maison est très agréable et conforme aux photos. 4 grandes chambres, grande cuisine et un frigo américain très apprécié pour avoir des glaçons ou glace pilée tout de suite pour la sangria ! Le jardin est aussi un point fort de la maison pour les enfants avec balançoire et 2 cordes dans un arbre. La terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors midi et soir. Il y a également des ventilateurs dans 3 chambres sur 4 très appréciable. Pas de moustiques pendant notre séjour. La ville de porto Colom est plutôt une ville tranquille, si vous voulez plus de mouvements (bars, resto, magasins...), vous pouvez aussi aller à Cala d’or à 5 mn en voiture. Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison dans laquelle nous étions 8 ( 2 familles : 4 adultes et 4 enfants). La literie est très bonne. L’agence très réactive en cas de besoin ( nous avons eu une petite fuite d’eau au niveau d’un lavabo, le propriétaire via l’agence a été très réactif pour envoyer un plombier).

This is a lovely big house

This is a lovely big house that is really pleasant to stay in. It is big enough for a large family with a second floor that amounts to an extra flat. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms, so plenty of space for eight people. There are some lovely outside spaces including two outside dining areas and a barbecue and oven. The location is quite good, it takes five to ten minutes to walk down to the harbour, where there are a few restaurants. It takes another five to ten to the main drag, the centre of Portocolum and the same in the other direction to the beach at Cala Marcal. Portocolom is a spread out town but the harbour is nice and there are plenty of restaurants, some of them pretty good. We would recommend Restaurante Ses Portadores and Restaurante Florian amongst others. There is a big supermarket on Carrer del Vapor Santueri, which is another five to ten minute walk, but easier to drive. For local attractions, the Sunday market at Felenitx is good and the drive up to Sanctuary of Sant Salvador has great views.

Traumhaft!!!

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub und das Haus hatte einen riesen Anteil daran. Man sollte es vielleicht auch eher Villa nennen. Alles war sauber, der Garten sehr gepflegt und alles sehr geräumig und weitläufig. Auch, dass das obere Schlafzimmer mit Bad und eigenem Wohnzimmer eigentlich eine seperate Wohnung ist, kam uns sehr gelegen. Die vielen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten geben einem immer Chance die Sonne zu genießen. Alles war eigentlich wie beschrieben (wenn nicht sogar besser)! Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und Cala Marcal ist auch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem waren die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr nette Geste, dass sie uns auch noch einen Obstkorb vorbei gebracht haben und uns mit Mückenspiralen ausgeholfen haben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wir würden immer wieder kommen.
