The house is located in a mountain setting, with a private pool and capacity for 4 people in Felanitx.
The outdoor areas of the property are wonderful. The pool terrace is a place where you will not want to move from, perfect for enjoying long evenings outdoors. There is also a furnished porch. The private chlorine pool measures 8 x 4 metres and has a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 2 metres. There are 4 sun loungers available for you to enjoy the sun. The entire house is surrounded by pine trees and, as it is located in a forest area, please note that lighting fires is prohibited, both outside the house and in the surrounding area. If you wish to have a barbecue, you can use the electric barbecue provided at the house.
The interior is distributed over one floor. The living-dining room is very cosy and rustic, and is equipped with satellite TV, a fireplace and a table with chairs so you can enjoy breakfast or your favourite meals. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook just like at home. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and hot/cold air-conditioning unit, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtubs complete your stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The house is located in the south of Mallorca, in a privileged natural setting. It is a different way to discover hidden Mallorca. Although it is in a secluded setting, it has good road connections to many places of interest and leisure, making it very appealing to visit the nearby coves and beaches, all within a 16 km radius. The house is located 4 km from the town of Felanitx, where you will find many public and commercial services.
Please note that the hot/cold air-conditioning unit operates from 21:00 to 09:00.
