Finca Son Oliver in Felanitx

Classic rustic residence near the town of Felanitx for up to 10 people with spacious garden and a large pool.
‘Son Oliver’ is a classic Majorcan residence that preserves its typical Majorcan personality, located 4 kilometres from the village of Felanitx, and 15 minutes from the coves that dot Majorca's eastern coast.
We arrived at the house and found a beautiful garden, which combines grass with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary or lavender, plus an area of arches in front of the house split the house from the pool with a dining table, chill-out space and barbecue placed below them.
The pool measuring 6x10 is surrounded by a large lawn area in which are sunbeds and parasols, along with an outdoor shower.
Accessing the interior of the house, we find a large hall, to the right there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a classic mirrored wardrobe, next to the room there is the bathroom with bathtub. To the left of the hall is the living room with the couches next to the TV, which stress the elements that have been preserved, namely as the fireplace or the old laundry room, Next is the dining room and fully equipped kitchen with built-in furniture. Finally on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with double bed.
At the rear there is a covered terrace with a dining table ideal for breakfast in the mornings, as it is linked to the kitchen.
On the second floor next to the staircase there is a sofa area with a TV, a bathroom with bathtub, a very spacious suite with living room, two single beds and bathroom with bathtub, and two more bedrooms with two single beds.
The house has Wi-Fi, on one side of the house there is a sizable, covered terrace, along with laundry facilities with washing machine and sink.
The house that is attached to the accommodation belongs to the same property and is off bounds since it has not been reformed, formerly it was one single house.
