The house is clean, spacious, and well-located. There were 7 of us and we could easily have had 2 or 3 others without feeling cramped. It is on a quiet street, just steps away from the lake. There is a fire pit, a grill, lovely outside furniture for those who enjoy the experience of al fresco dining. Any family that stays at Crane House will be delighted.

Large family vacation

We were a group of 12 adults and one child under 2. The house was perfect and the views amazing. We used the canoe on the lake which was nice. The toy trucks for the little one were a big hit. He played with them all week! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if cooking is not your thing. It’s a short drive to the Lake MI beaches to enjoy the sand and waves. The donuts and pies at Cranes were enjoyed by all!

Crane Orchards Lakeview Rental House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Crane Orchards lake house. Clean, quiet and plenty of room for everyone. We took the 12-min. drive to beautiful beaches every day—and chose from the many restaurants in Fennville and the Saugatuck area.

Little slice of Orchard Heaven

We had a wonderful stay. House is perfect for multiple families. Kitchen is well stocked. Beach towels available. We were in town for a family reunion. We utilized the Saugatuck inter transport to take us from Cranes to downtown. Daytime 50 for seniors & kids, 1 for adults during the day and 3 from 7-11pm. (Check that times & prices are still the same) super convenient, clean! The only reason I gave this great property a 9 is the mattresses need updating & we were there during a heat wave and trying to regulate the air conditioning to each level was tricky, without freezing the lower level or baking the upper level. Beautiful scenery !! Thanks

Michigan getaway

This property is fabulous. Very spacious! Very clean. Location is only 15-20 minute drive to tourist towns like Saugatuck and South Haven. Owner is super quick at communicating. We wanted for nothing while there and we all said “we would stay there again or definitely refer this home to others traveling to this part of Michigan”

Friends annual get away

We are a group of 4 couples that have been doing trips together for over 15 years. Although we have lost 2 of our friend's spouses, we continue to enjoy planning a long weekend stay together every year. This house had everything you need for a long weekend. The house is beautiful, roomy, comfortable and very welcoming to any group. Maria Crane did a great job of communicating with us and making sure everything was perfect. We all agreed this rental was one of our best in the past 15 years, and I know we will rent this house again.
