The Santa Croce farmhouse is situated in a panoramic and privileged position with respect to the village of Ferentillo, located at the bottom of the valley and less than a kilometre away. A ten-minute walk (800 metres) takes you to the main square of the village where you can find everything, grocery, bank, post office, hairdresser, green cross, public gardens, town hall.
The flats enjoy a spacious and very green view over the valley at the bottom of which flows the lively and transparent Nera river, which from the Sibillini mountains descends towards Terni, giving its name to the Valnerina (valley of the Nera river).
