Dear Marlon, of course!This is not "a hotel" inside a hospital, but it is the Hotel of the Sant'Anna Hospital in Cona! And it is located inside for the maximum comfort of the people who need it, otherwise it couldn't be called Guest House! We are very sorry that you made a mistake in booking in a place that is not comfortable for you, but generally those who book here are for convenience needs related to this structure!Unfortunately we cannot know the reason for her trip, therefore the stay was uncomfortable for her, but not for the people who book and come here to stay within the structure!

This hotel is located inside a hospital ground and first floor are a hospital second floor is the hotel not a good choice in the middle of a pandemic

Dear Alberto, but certainly since the Guest House of the University Hospital, the hotel must be inside, otherwise with such a large and articulated complex, it would not make sense. As you will have seen, to access the rooms you do not pass in any way through the departments, which are located in another block, but you only pass in the reception area where there are services and shops. Currently we are no longer in a situation of alert and not even in the middle of the pandemic, luckily we have come out of it, but we will have to keep it under control as in any other place or place in the world. Instead, I must point out that taking away the key from the room was not a nice gesture on your part, we would be grateful if you could return it to us! Thanks, the staff

otelin konumu hastanenin içi ve otopark sıkıntısı yaşanmıyor, ama ilk defa konaklıyorsanız odayı da bulmak otelin yerini de bulmak biraz zor
