Blissful stay - beautiful gite, incredible views

The ultimate place to escape and unwind. The property is immaculately presented and the exterior has a rustic charm that is in complete harmony with the landscape. The orientation is perfect to enjoy the breathtaking views - we had coffee/breakfast/lunch on the terrace every day. It is totally private and peaceful. The pool is heavenly - perfect temperature. The kids loved the shallow end, ideal for our 3 year old to splash about safely. Fabien is the perfect host, so quick to respond to messages and provided us with some great recommendations. We went to the beach at Maguelone, a lovely natural spot (bring your own picnic as the only café is a van) - the sea was wonderfully warm and clean. We visited the caves (Grotte des desmoiselles) - amazing. We would highly recommend the property & area!

Nature and peaceful seclusion

What a stunning location and beautiful home. Situated overlooking a valley within a national park and not overlooked. We can’t decide if our favourite moment was watching the sunset over the valley to the sound of cicadas and a glass of wine, or realising we had just spent an hour following a butterfly around the stunning garden while picking the tastiest apricots off the trees. Although taking a break from swimming in the beautiful pool to have a rest in a hammock, strung between the branches of the magnificnet tree could also be a front runner. Whether you want nature, peace or a great family location to explore from, Fabien’s excellent and very kind guidance will direct you. Cannot rate highly enough

Wir haben drei Wochen mit der großen Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es ist eine absolute Ruhe-Oase, der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, der Pool ist toll, der liebevoll angelegte Garten lädt zu Spazierrunden ein, bei denen immer neue Details entdeckt werden können. Im Haus zeigt sich die Liebe zum Detail weiter- Kunst und Möbel sind so aufeinander abgestimmt, dass man sich eher zu Hause als in einem Ferienhaus fühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.Die Fotos vom Haus lassen nur erahnen, wie traumhaft es tatsächlich ist! Wer Frankreich von seiner wilden und ursprünglichen, aber ruhigen Seite kennenlernen will, ist hier richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un endroit d'exception pour se ressourcer

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille dans la Villa des Boussyères. L'endroit est fabuleux, avec un calme exceptionnel et des paysages qui laissent rêveurs quand on profite du beau jardin extérieur. La piscine fit le plaisir des enfants et l'endroit, bien qu'isolé, est situé proche de nombreux points d'intérêt pour les escapades (Grottes des Demoiselles et de Clamouse, Pic Saint Loup et mont Hortus, Ravin des Arcs...) avec points de baignades en rivière et randonnées. Le propriétaire, Fabien, est d'une attention bienveillante et réactive, avec les conseils adéquats pour profiter de l'endroit. Un plaisir que nous ne pouvons que recommander

Un cadre idyllique!

La Villa Les Bouyssières est une maison pleine de charme avec beaucoup de caractère, amenagée avec tout le comfort nécessaire pour passer des vacances de rêve. De magnifiques meubles anciens alternent avec des touches très personnelles et parfois même spectaculaires. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la vue depuis les terrasses et le beau jardin paysager. Chaque participant y a trouvé son compte: on peut aussi bien rester sur place et profiter de la piscine et d'autres aménagements ou alors on part à la découverte de la région avec ses paysages, son patrimoine historique, ses vignobles et ses activités sportives. Fabien, le propriétaire, était très disponible et réactif, sa communication précise et agréable. Nous sommes rentrés de notre séjour en étant détendus, reposés et resterons encore longtemps sous la magie du lieu!

Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Hierzu trägt auch der tolle große Garten bei. Das Haus im typischen Cevennen-Stil hat einen besonderen Flair, es bedarf allerdings an einigen Stellen eine Optimierung und Renovierung. Fabien ist ein sehr sympathischer und freundlicher Vermieter der allzeit erreichbar ist.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en visitant la région le matin et en profitant l’après midi de la maison. Fabien est très à l’écoute et tout est mis en place pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Perfekt für Familien

Wer urig und gemütlich Urlaub machen möchte ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet und hier und da könnte tatsächlich einmal Hand angelegt werden - aber es ist sehr sehr sauber und der Gastgeber Fabien sofort da und absolut hilfsbereit falls einmal etwas nicht stimmt - und wir hatten leider das Pech dass wir häufig seine Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Es sind zwei Esel auf dem Grundstück die die Kinder jeden Abend besucht haben und der Pool ist optimal auch für die kleinen Schwimmanfänger unter uns!

Un petit coin de calme et de sérénité blotti au coeur de la garigue

une maison ancienne en vielles pierres, une piscine idéale, les terrasses à l'ombre d un magnifique chêne multi centenaire. Nous y étions en pleine canicule, l'ombre, la fraicheur et le bonheur aquatique ont bercé notre séjour. une collection de pivoines arbustives impressionnantes. ce petit coin de paradis a été idéal pour nous reposer et profiter du chant des grillons. Fabien, le propriétaire a été aux petits soins pour nous, disponibles au gré de nos besoin. tous les commerces et restaurants à 15-20 minutes en voiture. QUELLE BELLE DECOUVERTE !

Un petit coin de paradis

Une très belle maison, dans un environnement préservé absolument merveilleux, où le temps est suspendu. Une vue époustouflante depuis la maison et le jardin, un calme rare, et de très jolies ballades à faire à proximité. Typisches Cevennenhaus in wunderschönem Garten und Umgebung

Das Haus ist gross, hell und mit vielen schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Sogar ein tolles Klavier ist vorhanden. Wir hatten das Glück im Mai eine Woche dort sein zu dürfen, gerade als in dem wunderschönen Garten die zahlreichen Pfingstrosen, Iris und anderen Blumen in voller Blüte standen. Die Kinder haben sogar schon eine Sprung in den schönen Pool gewagt. Fabien hat seit kurzer Zeit 2 kleine Esel die unterhalb des Hauses auf einer riesigen Weide wohnen ,und eine Schildkröte im Garten, sehr zur Freude der Kinder. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, man hört nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Das Einkaufen auf den nahegelegenen Märkten ist eine grosse Freude für die ganze Familie. Fabien gibt viele hilfreiche Tips (Wanderungen, Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Wir haben eine tolle, erholsame Urlaubswoche dort verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

La "Villa Les Bouyssières" est une très jolie maison très tranquille au milieu de la nature, proche d'un village de 50 habitants. Equipements de qualité, décoration soignée, et emplacement idéal en pleine nature avec vue tous les soirs sur les couchers de soleil sans aucun vis à vis. Beaucoup de visites à proximité (grotte des demoiselles, bambouseraie Anduze....), mais on peut aussi faire de magnifiques balades juste au bout du chemin..... Le propriétaire est disponible juste comme il faut, sans être sur place. La piscine (4x7m) a été très agréable, durant notre séjour - en Juillet - il faisait 30 degrés tous les jours. Bref un excellent séjour pour notre famille de 5 personnes.

Traumhaus und wunderschöne Umgebung

Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön gelegen. Allein die Größe des Hauses und der traumhafte Garten lässt jedem ausreichend Raum für seine individuelle Entspannung. Und sollte es in den heißen Sommermonaten für einen mal wirklich zu heiß werden, steht der Pool für eine kleine Abkühlung auch noch bereit. Für Familie,ein mit kleinen Kindern absolut geeignet. Wir haben unsenen Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kindern in vollen Zügen genossen.

Ein großartiges Haus auf einem herrlichen Grundstück mit einem großen, sehr schönen Pool - und das alles in absoluter Stille. Und dazu ein ausgesprochen umsichtiger und freundlicher Vermieter - das war ein rundum geradezu paradiesischer Urlaub.

Demeure de charme dans un cadre idylique

La maison est nichée sur un colline au calme dans un cadre bucolique. Les différentes terrasses et jardins aménagés avec beaucoup de soin d’amour par le propriétaire s’ouvrent sur un panorama à couper le souffle. Il règne un calme absolu en ces lieux, c’est magique. A proximité de cet endroit si paisible se trouvent une multitude de commerces, restaurants et loisirs que le propriétaire vous expliquera.

Un lieu splendide et un séjour quasi-parfait

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 5 (trois adultes, deux enfants) dans cette belle propriété du 5 au 12 août 2018. Notre impression générale est extrêmement positive. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, le calme absolu et la vue magnifique. La maison, construite en pierre, a beaucoup de caractère et est meublée avec goût. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant, accueillant et réactif. Relativement petite (7,5 mx4), la piscine est néanmoins très agréable et bien entretenue. Le jardin est splendide. La présence d’une table de ping-pong a été très appréciée. Si une voiture se révèle indispensable, il est possible de faire toutes les courses souhaitées dans un rayon d’une dizaine de km. La région est tout à fait attrayante, et les conseils de Fabien concernant les restaurants environnants se sont révélés excellents. La chaîne Hi-Fi est d’une qualité rare (et Fabien a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser de l’excellente musique à disposition). Outre la présence de fourmis nécessitant de ranger très soigneusement tous les ingrédients comestibles après chaque préparation de repas (les délices de la campagne ne vont pas sans quelques inconvénients), les seuls bémols (mineurs) concernent l’absence d’un lecteur DVD (alors que le reste de l’installation (taille de l’écran, bouquet de chaînes thématiques) est impressionnant) et l’absence de climatisation, potentiellement problématique en période caniculaire. Le propriétaire nous avait aimablement installé deux grands et excellents ventilateurs, mais il en faudrait un dans chaque pièce, ou au moins dans chacune des 4 chambres, pour que ce problème soit efficacement résolu. Ces deux imperfections résiduelles étant des plus faciles à éliminer, nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans cette maison et la recommandons sans réserve. Daniel, Jérome, Gersende, Mila et Nora.

Un écrin dans la garrigue pour un logis de goût

Lieu très reposant dans un petit village de la vallée de l'Hérault à l'écart du bruit. Seulement les chants des cigales et des d'oiseaux pour rythmer les journées. L'équipement intérieur de la maison est très soigné. Le jardin paysager en terrasses avec ses vues sur le Causse et les montagnes de la Seranne offre des tableaux changeants et splendides à toutes heures de la journée. La piscine est bienvenue pour atténuer les ardeurs de l'été des Cévennes et le soir venu pour y contempler des ciels étoilés qu'aucune lumière parasite ne vient troubler. Profusion de sites et d'excursions proches. Fabien, le propriétaire, est un amoureux de la nature, des oiseaux et des beaux meubles. Sa gentillesse, son attention aux besoins de ses hôtes et sa grande disponibilité sont remarquables. Lieu de séjour à recommander vivement.
